Hi Charlie, I have been using TRT for the past 3 years at 100mg Test Cypionate per week. All my bloods are fine and I feel great. I wouldn’t personally go higher than that dose as I don’t think it’s TRT beyond that point.

Hey guys! Had a good day yesterday! Hit a great arm session in the morning which was great. Got a fairly good pump. Then hit a few hours of tennis in the afternoon! Chilled for a bit at home but ended up working most of the evening. Got in late around 12.30am. Slept in a little today!

Hey guys! Had a productive day yesterday! Played tennis in the morning then went off to work. Then hit a little shoulder session in the afternoon then back to work then played some more tennis then went to a party! Drank some booze didn’t eat much food so woken up pretty tired and hungry today! Off to the gym this morning!

Hey buddy! Have you tried using different foot positions! I find if I put my feet narrower and push my knees out past my feet then I tend to hit a lot more quad.

Morning guys! Had a busy ass day at work yesterday and I was feeling pretty rough! Had a singles league tennis match in the afternoon which I didn’t want to cancel so I went and did it it was pissing down with rain but I still managed to get the win! Went back to work after then chilled in the evening getting meals in! Up early today for tennis then work after!

Hey buddy! I like to use Love Heart, Cure Coming and 6g of Omega Pharma Pro before bed. I try and keep my water intake high and prioritise sleep as I usually feel like my blood pressure starts to raise when I’m not getting enough rest!

Hey guys! Had an awesome tennis session in the morning! Did a lot of drills and was hitting well! Went straight to work after for a few hours then had a meal and went back to tennis! I was feeling pretty run down after the second tennis session so I spent the evening on the sofa chilling watching a few movies! Felt like I was coming down with something! I woke up feeling pretty rough but went out to work early!

Hey buddy! As the guys have mentioned, evening weight is not an accurate measure of your weight! The most accurate would be fasted in the morning. If you want that to be higher then yes you’ll need to keep pushing calories up!

Morning guys! Got called out of bed again super early! Worked most of the day until around 4.30pm then done a little back rehab at home. Played tennis from 5.30pm-8ish. Then came home had dinner and watched a movie with some snacks. Up early today in playing tennis in the morning!

Morning guys! Had a really busy day Monday at work! Got home pretty late but made it to the gym to do some rehab and a little leg workout! I’m going to start training my legs a bit more often not but still stay super light in weight! Called out of bed again super early yesterday!

Hey guys! Had a chilled start to the day yesterday! I planned to go gym but got a last minute call to play tennis so hit around 90 mins pretty intense! Had some Korean food after then went to the cinema to see Mario! Chilled in the evening! Got called out of bed early this morning for work!

Hey buddy, I was never really a fan of fat burners and I was always able to get in pretty good shape without them. Have you tried getting lean without them?
