Morning guys! Had a busy morning at work yesterday! Managed to rest in the afternoon before a doubles league match in the evening! Played well and we got the win 6-2, 6-3! Fairly comfortable game! Chilled in the evening had jacket potato for dinner because I fancied it! Got another match today so tried to get a good nights Kip!

Hey buddy! For me on movements like this at the end of a workout I do tend to drop the weight to hit similar rep ranges. I never usually go as high as 15 reps but I will stay between 10-12, drop the weight slightly not much then try and hit the same rep range.

Hey guys! Had a pretty busy day yesterday! I did a fasted cycle in the morning then ate and went off to work! Worked all had until the evening then hit tennis for 90 mins! Had another meal then went to bed! Rested from weight training as my rotator cuff has been giving me trouble!

Hey buddy! Have you tried laying on a flat/ shallow incline bench inbetween the cables and doing cable flyes like that? I find that a great exercise for wide cables. Otherwise yes dumbell flyes are also great, again with a flat or incline bench!

Morning guys! Had a great fasted leg workout yesterday! Started with some extensions and curls then move onto some pressing and hack squats. Hit some adductor and abductor after then finished off with walking lunges. Had a quick bowl of granola and a protein shake and then went straight to tennis. Hit hard for an hour then went to work! Worked most of the day then had a rehab session for my back in the afternoon! Worked in the evening, got back a little late and then ate and went to bed! Up early today again!

Hey buddy! I wouldn’t stress about it too much! Keep your step count high. Keep food at maintenance and clean as you can and just pick up where you left off when your back in! It will take a bit of time to get back to where you was but it will be worth it in the long run!

Hey guys! Had a busy busy day yesterday! I went out to work in the morning then I managed to get a coffee in the afternoon before hitting a productive tennis session. Went back to work after then hit a good back session at kings in the evening. Came home ate my last meal and chilled! Up early today for a fasted leg workout!

Definitely! It’s a great addition to meals. I used to add it a lot to ProFat meals. I don’t often eat it with ProCarb meals.

Morning guys! Popped out to work yesterday then had a little family time! Played tennis from 4-6pm was pretty knackered after so chilled in the evening had dinner and some chocolate in bed! Up early today for work. Gonna try hit the gym later!

Hey buddy! I do have to agree with Michaela here. I used to think the same think until I upped my training intensity. I wasn’t training hard enough. If your not gagging for a rest day after a few days of training. You need to up your intensity!

Morning guys! Played tennis in the morning yesterday for around 90 mins which was good! Came home and ate and chilled for a bit. Popped into town in the evening for pizza and ice cream! Bank holiday today so going to try and train and then playing tennis from 4pm!
