Morning guys! Had a very very long day yesterday travelling to Israel! Flight got a little delayed and we got here pretty late! Managed to get a little food in before bed but didn’t eat much all day! Up early today ready to do some sightseeing!

Hey buddy! I’m not so opposed to having sugars before bed. However I wouldn’t opt for something like cereal as it’s pretty much all sugar. I would have something like steak and rice or a normal meal and then add some honey to the meal for extra cals.

Hey guys! Sorry I missed yesterdays log it was an extremely busy day! So Wednesday I work all day. Chilled in the evening watching Andy Murray in rome. Bad result unfortunately. Managed to get a decent nights Kip. Was up early yesterday went out and got my haircut then worked for a few hours. Met James for a coffee which was great then played a few sets of tennis. Went out to a nice steak restuarant in London in the evening which was nice! Got back pretty late so woke up quite tired today!

Hi! Whenever I have used GH I have inject IM using a regular insulin pin into an area of muscle which doesn’t carry much fat as the needles are pretty short!

Hey buddy! If you feel you need to lower your carbs I would say reduce them from your meals away from training first! I like to try and keep carbs high before and after training so if I want to drop then I will avoid those times!

Morning guys! Had a super busy morning at work yesterday!! Finished up around 1.30 then went to my back rehab session at 2pm! Had a hard session which was good. Chilled for a while after at home then went to spend time with family. Went out for a curry in the evening with friends. Up early today to get a meal in and have a tennis lesson!

Hey guys! After waking up feeling shattered yday I still managed to get the win in my last singles league match. I won 6-0, 6-1 which means I finished top of my league winning 5/5 matches so I’ll be promoted to the next league up next season! I chilled for a bit after got some food in then hit again in the afternoon for a bit. Worked in the evening and had dinner! Up early for work today!

Hi Tom, your biomechanics don’t sound ideal for squatting movements! I have long legs and a short torso, I am not 6ft tall but I do share a similar problem. My solution is that I do not barbell squat. I only hack squat and smith machine squat. This allows me to drive my knees over my toes without putting my back in an awkward position!

Hey guys! Had a busy morning at work then popped to my parents as they was having a street party thing. Chilled there for a bit then came home and popped into town. Had some Chinese food then came home and had a sleep as I was feeling so exhausted. I planned to go sleep early as I had an important match today but I literally couldn’t sleep I was wide awake until gone 4am! Woke up shattered this morning so not a good position to be in for my match!

Hey buddy, I would suggest working on your ankle mobility. This will help over time with your depth. Then you’ll be able to keep your feet low and narrow without your heels coming off the pad.

Hey guys! Had a hard doubles league match yesterday morning! Got up early and ate before. It was raining but we managed to get the win 7-5, 6-2. Kept strong and slugged it out! Had a nandos after then chilled in the afternoon. Went out for a few drinks with a friend in the evening! Up early today for work

Hey buddy! I can’t see the pictures I don’t think they attached properly! If your still carrying some bodyfat then yes you will need to dig deep and keep pushing on. I would stick with your pre holiday calories steps and cardio and review after each week. You may not need to drop below that if your in a deficit but see how your body responds. If the fat isn’t coming off then maybe increase your cardio or drop your calories slightly!
