    Hey buddy! I do like them but I don’t often use them. They’re nice to add in from time to time for me but I personally don’t like to use them week in week out. For me it would probably be a smith machine press with dead stops and I would put them a little later in the workout.

    Good morning guys! Had a busy day at work yesterday but managed to get into the gym in the afternoon and get a good leg and shoulder workout in! I was really just testing the new leg kit at the gym as I don’t often train legs anymore but it was fairly ok kit! Hit a nice shoulders straight after and pumps were really good! I also did my back rehab before that which is good! I have been slacking on that! Came home ate a meal then went and played an hour of tennis! Slept a bit rough but gonna head to the gym for some arms then play tennis this afternoon!

    Hey guys! I had planned to train yesterday but my body was feeling really tired and achey still. Work was also mega busy so I decided to skip it! Worked late until around 7pm then went for dinner with my cousin! Up early today for another busy day at work!

    Hey buddy, I always felt my best recovery was doing a bodyparts split. I have done upwards of 24 sets per bodypart and recovered well before the next session of that bodypart 7 days later. I found the best split for me was:

    Chest
    Back
    Legs
    Rest
    Delts
    Arms
    Rest

    I didn’t ever feel that I wasn’t recovered enough to hit other bodyparts during the week. The best way to monitor it would be to analyse if your progressing lifts. There’s no reason why would shouldn’t be able to progress your lifts each week or every orher week if you have 2 rotations of workouts doing a bodypart split. Judging by the performance of the athlete you can adjust volume/ intensity over time. You could start as low as 8 working sets on a bodypart and increase from there.

    Morning guys! Another quiet day at work which meant training wise was really good! Hit an hour of tennis drills in the morning then hit the gym for some back rehab. I have pretty sore chest and back DOMs from training so wanted to take a rest from weights and just do some core rehab for my back injury. I ate a few more meals then I hit 2 hours of tennis in the evening which was good. Had a late dinner and went to bed! I might hit some Delts today.

    Hey man! Ok let me know what flavour do you like then! I stick with the caramel type flavours!

    Also yes it was my first time skiiing! I tried to snowboard actually when I was a teenager here in the uk at an indoor place but it was unsuccessful! I think I did the x country skii very well for first time! Once I was in the tracks I didn’t fall over once and got some good downhill speed! I think that if I did alpine skiing I would have a problem hahaha but I will try it in the future!

    Hey buddy! I have travelled before with gear. Preloaded into syringes and put into my wash bag in my hold luggage. Do Not put it in your hand luggage! Otherwise yes if you have a source in Asia try and carry on your cycle as usual or stick to test only until you return. I would take pumps, pins and anti bac wipes with me! 🤞🏻

    Current Diet

    Breakfast – 150g Chicken, 2 Toast, 1 Apple, 1 Banana

    Lunch – 50g Whey Iso, 100g Oats, 100g Blueberries

    WEIGHT TRAINING

    Post Workout – 50g Whey Iso, 50g Sweets

    Afternoon Tea – 150g Chicken, 250g Rice, 15g Olive Oil

    TENNIS

    Dinner – 150g Beef Mince, 250g Pasta, 25g Cheese

    Before Bed – Cadbury Caramel 😎

    Good morning guys! Another really quiet day at work yesterday which meant I had a good back workout at the physique warehouse gym in molesley! Then I played tennis for 3 hours in the evening it was doubles night and I played 3 games and won all 3 Games! Playing well this week so far! Had dinner and went to bed. I have my food routine in place a bit better now but I am still having some chocolate and snacks in the evening before bed! I will stop soon!

    Morning guys! Had a good day yesterday! Work was dead quiet so got a lot of errands taken care of! Had a good chest workout in the early afternoon then hit tennis for 2/3 hours in the evening which was really good. Only thing I didn’t manage to do was my rehab for my back! Had my last meal and a little choc in bed then went to sleep! Productive day overall! Up early today to do something similar!

    Hey buddy, if it was me personally I would swap the NPP out for nandrolone Decanoate and inject Monday and Thursdays. At these doses with the esters I don’t see the need to inject 3 x weekly.

    Hey guys! Had a chilled day yesterday! Popped to a museum in Oslo then had some lunch and headed to airport! Flight was delayed which sucked. Got home pretty late and went to bed. Had a little fasted walk this morning then chicken and toast for breakfast! Packed all the orders from the sale on the weekend and got them sent out! Just ate some whey isolate and shredded wheat cereal gonna head into town and train shortly!

    Hey mate, I would keep an eye on it. Maybe try some other scales also just to make sure they are weighing correct. It is hard when trying to push weight up as I always struggled to gain weight so it can be frustrating when you feel like your doing everything possible and it’s not going up! So yes I do agree you need to mainly focus on how you are looking and performing in the gym! That’s definitely more important but I would keep an eye on it!
