Morning guys! Had an incredible day yesterday cross country skiing! Finally got the hang of it and breezed around for 4km which was awesome! Had beer and hot dogs after then headed back into Oslo city! Ate some famous Norwegian salmon for dinner which was the best salmon I’ve ever tasted! Stayed up late watching the tennis! Going to have breakfast then figure what to do for a few hours before heading back to London!

Also do you have an incline bench? For incline dumbell press or incline barbell press? Incline smith press? It doesn’t have to be a machine!

Hi Dom, thanks for all the information that’s very helpful! Do you have any pictures of what your currently looking like? You have plenty of room to reduce calories in your diet but are you doing any cardio currently? I’m not sure if I missed that but couldn’t see any info on it. Then you could decide wether to increase that or decrease calories. Do you have same diet training days and rest days? Training wise I would suggest doing what suits your schedule best with what split you like the most. I think you could lose the NPP in the cycle also!

I am currently doing 30mins of fasted cardio (bike) and 10 000 steps daily. On rest days I leave out the pre workout meal and my post workout shake.
If I have incline smith and flat hammer press as my chest push movements. Should I start with the flat hammer, because it focuses the shortened position? unfortunetly we dont have any incline press.

Hey buddy! I actually prefer hitting my upper chest first as I like being strong and developed in my upper pecs, I feel like I can still press very strong in flat movements after this however the other way around I feel like it can take away from my incline pressing if I press heavy before! I still can’t view the pics I’m afraid I’m not sure if it’s because I’m away in Norway at the moment so maybe they’re not loading here!LouisMoylan

Good morning guys and girls! Had a wonderful day yesterday! Drove out to the cabin in the woods which is EXTREMELY cute and wholesome! Tried a little skiing but the snow is very very thick! Chilled next to the wood fire in the evening drinking beer and wine and made burgers on the bbq in the snow outside! Up early today for some more skiing and maybe some walking in the woods!

Good morning guys! Good day travelling to Norway yesterday! Landed and done a little food shop! Went for a walk in the snow around the fjord. Walked on the ice lake which was scary! Had a nice dinner and some wine in the evening. Up early today to head into Oslo city!

Hey buddy! Do you do hip hinge every week? I quite like to rotate with a heavy hip hinge, RDL or similar one week and then I like to do weighted Hyperextension the following week so I’m still hitting my erectors but not putting so much stress on my lower back each week.

Morning guys, had a good fasted pull workout yesterday! Came home and ate a meal then done an hour of back rehab. Hit an hour of tennis in the afternoon then went off to work! Went out to Turkish restaurant in the evening for dinner got back late and packed! Up super early today travelling to Norway!

Morning guys! Had a busier day at work that expected yesterday! I planned to go gym around 12/1 but ended up working till 5. Had a game of tennis from around 5.30-7pm then headed to Arjs for a meeting. Got home pretty late and had a shit nights sleep. Up early today I’m actually going to the gym now for a fasted workout. Let’s see how that goes!

Morning guy! Was up at the crack of dawn today for a shoot in east London for Abstract Clothing Brand which was awesome! Very long day and I was nervous/ stressed about it but it went very smoothly so it was great once it was all over! Food was a bit all over the place but hoping to get back on track today and tomorrow as I’m away for the rest of the week! Up early for my walk today gonna hit a session later

Hey mate! I have to agree with everyone here and say you do look incredible for 18! If you want to compete then I would do so. Nothing embarrassing about it, you have nothing to lose and only can gain from that experience regardless of the outcome.

Hey everyone! Had a good upper body workout yesterday then went to work. Hit tennis in the afternoon for around 3 hours which was great as haven’t played much this week. My bicep/elbow injury wasn’t too bad either which is good news. Went back to work in the evening then had a lot of things to do in preparation for todays shoot!
