    Hi guys, had a good day yesterday I was working in the morning then I had a rehab session for my back which was really rough we introduced some really hard new exercises and it was very taxing! I had planned to train after but I was too exhausted! Up early today!

    Hey buddy! I don’t see any problem with ham personally, I have used bacon in my diet before and still incorporate it now. I do tend to prefer using beef, chicken or fish but again if you like it and it digests well then I don’t see why not!

    Good morning guys! Had a mediocre chest workout yesterday! Not feeling motivated at all to train which is not good. Hoping to mentally get out of this rut very soon. Got a lot of stress in my life at the moment I hope when it settles down I can get back on track. I skipped my fasted walk this morning as had to work early.

    Hey Buddy! These are 2 different drugs! Neither necessary in my opinion. Get your nutrition in order, get into a good training routine and add some cardio daily!

    Hey guys! I had a pretty rough day at work yesterday! Got in super sour and to couldn’t be bothered to go gym I just haven’t been feeling it mentally or physically. It was raining too so couldn’t play tennis. Ate dinner and chilled in bed! Had a decent sleep but got called out of bed in the morning to an emergency! Gonna eat breakfast then try and get a workout in!

    Hey buddy, if it was me I would use the same dose you used on the first cycle. If you yielded great results on that it doesn’t mean you need to progress that cycle yet. In my opinion you should be able to still get great results on the same dosage.

    Morning guys! I didn’t train yesterday! I just wasn’t feeling good. I had a busy day at work. Then I played tennis for about an hour in the evening then done 30 mins of circuit training. Got called out to work about 9pm then again at midnight. So feeling pretty tired today. Gonna hit some chest after work.

    Good morning! Had a busy morning at work yesterday! I wanted to hit the gym but to be honest I just wasn’t feeling good enough to go! I popped into town for a coffee and went and played an hour of tennis in the evening! Slept a little better last night so I’m hoping to hit a chest workout after work today!

    Morning guys! Spent most of the day in bed yday recovering! Getting too old for this drinking malarkey lol! Anyways up early today had a cycle on the road bike. At work now, gonna hit the gym this afternoon then play tennis this evening. I have definitely injured my elbow/ bicep tendon so see how that goes!

    Sorry guys this didn’t post yesterday! Had a great day at the rugby, sank a lot of pints. Got in about 3.30am so I’m pretty rough today! Just resting ready for a productive week ahead!

    Morning guys, had a busy day at work yesterday! Then hit a 2 hour tennis match in the double league at the club. First game of the league, we were the underdogs and the game started off well we won the first set and then unfortunately lost the next 2 games so lost in the end! My elbow was playing up giving me some trouble which touch wood I haven’t had before so I hope it doesn’t stay! I ate a meal and went back to work after then went back and hit balls for an hour in the late evening. Got back ate another meal and fell asleep in bed watching a film! Up early today for cardio, busy day ahead at the rugby drinking pints and pasties.
