Hey buddy!! I usually tend to lower calories when progress stalls like the guys have said, if weight is not going down or condition looks like it’s not improving then I will make adjustments, if everything seems to be working fine then I would say keep it the same!

Hi Yubin, how much protein are you consuming currently? Also how much do you weigh?

Good morning guys! Had a busier day at work yesterday which was good! Got my rehab done in the morning. Managed to hit a little shoulder workout in the afternoon but got called back to work! Chilled in the evening doing some meal prep. Got called out at midnight which really ruined my sleep so feeling shattered today!

Good morning Louis, just a quick question – why you don’t mealprep anymore? Just something you want to shake of the bodybuilding autism or any other point for it?
Hi Laurenz, I do to some extent. Most weeks I will cook up large amounts of chicken, beef, rice and pasta. However I don’t enjoy eatinf this type of food cold. Especially when it’s cold here in London! I did it for years because I had to but now I don’t have to haha! So if I am at home I will eat chicken and rice in microwave but if I’m out working all day I will pick up lunch. Every morning I have chicken and toast for breakfast. Then lunch will depend if I’m home or working. Then for dinner I usually eat chicken and rice or beef and pasta! So my diet is not so so bad. Many times before bed I will eat some chocolate while I watch tv. I will make my diet super clean again soon.however for now I am enjoying living slightly more relaxed lifestyle! How’s your diet?

Hey mate! Firstly your pics look awesome so well done so far. I’ve always been a fan of bodypart splits if you have 5 days available to train. I would do something like:
Chest
Back
Legs
REST
Delts
Arms
RESTI made some awesome progress with that split!

Good morning guys! Had a solid day of training yesterday as work was really quiet. Got up and done my fasted walk then I hit a solid tennis session for an hour. Had some fruit then done an hour of rehab. Ate a chicken and rice meal and then went and trained back in the gym. Had a whey shake after and some sweets then had a good deep tissue massage with hendre from kings. I’ve been struggling with my legs a lot since playing tennis. My calves, shins and feet were extremely tight so got a lot of painful work done on those! I planned to play tennis in the evening but I’ve got an important game on Friday so I decided to rest and ended up having a curry with my mates!!

Hey buddy! I do personally prefer just using one ester of testosterone. Im not a fan of blends. Personally I prefer test cypionate, I seem to get on really well with that. That’s what I’ve been using for my TRT for the past few years and my blood levels are in great shape.

Good morning guys! Had a good day yesteday! Got lots done. Works been really quiet the past week or two so it has been productive training wise. Went to work after my walk then managed to hit a good chest session, ran some errands then done my rehab for my back injury. Came home and ate then went to play tennis for a few hours. Then came home and ate again and rested! Similar set up today! I’ve booked in for a deep tissue as my feet and legs are getting really tired and beat up from playing tennis!

Hey buddy! Clare has outlined the difference between the two machines! As the guys have said in terms of use it will depend on what feels best for you. However I do think the hack squat is more of a power movement. I see a lot of people moving a lot of weight on pendulum squats that don’t have huge legs. However the guys that are hacking a lot of weight tend to have pretty big legs! I’m not opposed to using both in a workout. I would place hacks earlier in the workout and try and shift as much weight as possible then move onto a pendulum later in the workout.

Hey guys! Had a long day yesterday! I didn’t make it to the gym but I got my fasted walk done and played tennis in the evening. I was playing pretty shit, I couldn’t hit the ball properly and I was tired my legs were tired I couldn’t get into proper footwork. I won the first game but lost the next one against someone I should have beaten fairly easily. I left it at 2 games and went home and had a bath and rested. Up early today for my walk again then off to work!

Hey buddy! Have you tried our new Peak Hydration supplement here at Trained By JP Nutrition? I used to suffer a lot from cramps but since supplementing this and increasing my sodium intake I don’t get those painful cramps anymore.

Hi Cameron, I personally don’t count my steps as cardio and I do a lot of steps. So I would start by adding maybe 20 mins of cardio in training days only and see how you go. You may also be able to keep your calories a bit higher!
