Hey buddy, the key is planning ahead and being able to adapt. Also being able to make the right decisions when you have to adapt. Realistically you should always be able to find atleast 3/4 days per week to train even if it’s only for 1 hour. Ideally you will prepare all the meals for your diet plan so you never miss one. If you don’t have time to make them then buy foods which are readily available to eat on the go. Base your diet around your lifestyle. If you get caught out and you need to eat out there’s always a better option for the food. Find something healthy that’s similar to the meal your missing. Trust me it will be available somewhere nearby. Don’t just grab the closest thing if it’s a junk food.

Hey guys, woke up in a lot of pain in my spine yesterday. Slept really badly. Cancelled tennis and luckily work was quiet so spent most of the day in best resting. Went to the gym in the evening for rehab work to loosen my back up and do a little arm workout.

Hey buddy, I think our body’s own ability to heal itself is pretty underrated.

Slept pretty badly, spine was giving me a lot of trouble. Up early for a fasted walk. Cancelled tennis due to the pain.

Morning guys, had a busy day yesterday at work! Came back in the afternoon and ate then went to the gym for some rehab work and a good back workout. Ate and went to bed. Got called out of bed early for work to an emergency. Came back home after, had my coffee then went for my fasted cardio. Just ate breakfast, heading to work now.

Hey buddy, I would pack a few fresh meals and then a few meals of like whey and dry oats that I can add water to. I’d eat the fresh meals first then whey and oats meals after as they don’t need to be kept cool.

Hey guys, long day yesterday on site with the early start but got back in the afternoon and ate. Trained chest in the evening which was great! Ate and slept after. Up early today (not as early as yesterday) headed out for a fasted walk before breakfast!

Hey buddy, personally I would take the fat burners fasted and I see no issue with training after 1 meal. I would however be tempted to do my cardio later in the day and separate it from training so that you can eat straight after your workout.

Hey buddy, I get headaches a lot to be honest but I don’t use these drugs so I’m not sure if that’s what’s causing. As long as your blood pressure is ok and you are sleeping enough and drinking enough water then you shouldn’t really have this issue. Also if you get your eyes tested this can also cause a problem.

Hey mate I think you should always be with a coach that you have 100% trust in. That should help guide you on your path.
