Morning everyone!
Just over 7 weeks out now, this is how I thought prep would feel.
Energy is almost non existent at some points, legs feel heavy and the hunger is here to stay haha!
But, it drives me on so much, I know that there are people who wouldn’t be able to do this and that pushes me on further too.

Back on dayshift today for a set of four, days off go so fast.
Training is still going well though, weight dropped off 3.1kg on the weekly average, new lines everywhere and there’s talk of a high day being banded about; how exciting!!

Checked in again this morning before work and before cardio.

Morning guys! Had a long old day yesterday! A lot of work and other stuff going on! Diet wasn’t great! Got home around 7pm and went to tennis and hit balls solid from 8.30-9.30pm! Was actually hitting really well nice and relaxed! Hamstring felt OK, I was keeping as static as possible as I can’t run or over stretch it. Just happy to be able to hit! Got home ate an apple and went to bed! Up early today for my walk, I have got a mega busy morning but I’m hoping to get done by 1/2pm hopefully!! Then I’ll try hit a back workout! 🤞🏻

Hey guys! After a mega busy and stressful day yesterday I finally got in the gym around 8pm! Had a pretty good chest workout, felt great! Pretty decent pump, strength and endurance still pretty low but we will build up with time! Got home ate a meal and went bed! Slept shit, busy day today!

Hey buddy! I like prone chest supported dumbell flies on an incline bench. Or a single arm cable fly, kneeling on the floor next to the lower cable pulley. Obviously high rows are good but will hit a lot of trap too!

Morning guys! Had a mega busy day yesterday! Worked in the morning, then played tennis for an hour in the early afternoon doing drills on the spot. Met James for a coffee then went to the garage and got some work! He came and gave me a hand which was great! I carried on working there until the evening and then popped to see my dad as he got a new car! I did plan to go gym but day for away from me! I did eat clean all day tho as I did Monday! Up early today for my walk!

Hey buddy it depends what your looking for in the shoot! I am super pale but I like being pale so I’ve done a lot of shoots where my skin is pale but looks very dry. I have also done shoots post show where I am tanned. Just depends what you prefer!

Morning guys! Had a good productive day yesterday! Got a fasted walk in before work! Had a busy morning at work then came home and started working on some stuff for the clothing! I did plan to go gym in the evening but I was working away and before I knew it it was like 8.30pm so I ate and chilled in bed for a bit! Deffo hitting the gym today and maybe some tennis! Out doing my fasted walk now then off to work!

Hey buddy! Obviously is people are misusing the equiptment then I don’t blame owners for banning them. I see a lot of people throwing stacks of plate loaded machines around that lift incorrectly and can damage the machine. Let alone adding more weight with a gym pin. Maybe if you explain to the owner that your using it for this specific exercises and for is good then they may let you use it. However at the end of the day they are liable from broken/ damages equiptment! Not you! So they’re going to have to pay for it if it does break!

Morning guys! Spent all day at the garage yesterday getting stock sorted. Didn’t really each much. Got home in the evening and ate some pasta and chocolate and went to bed! Slept ok, still feeling a little groggy from the cold. Hamstring is very tight too. Gonna hit the gym at some point today. Just got up and went out for a fasted walk. First time in months!

Hey buddy! I think it should be fine if you put it all in your hold luggage! I tend to avoid putting anything like that in hand luggage!

Hey guys! Had a long day yesterday! Worked in the morning then spent of the day at the new garage sorting out stuff for abstract creations drop next month! Picked up my nieces in the evening then got dinner with them and chilled at home!

If it was me I would express my opinions. Tell them your uncomfortable with the cycle and would prefer to come off or do a lower dose/ simpler approach.

Morning guys! Managed to get out on the court for about an hour yesterday and hit some balls. I couldn’t move around much but I was able to start hitting the ball properly after a while. Focusing on my weight transfer driving through the ball! Went to work after then done some work in the garage in the evening! Up early today for work.

Definitely the side Delts or quads if they’re lean enough! I always used normal pumps and blue/ orange pins. Never injected oil with an insulin pin!
