Hey guys! Had a productive day yesterday! I got a lot of work done then went to the gym and hit some light legs which felt great. Light weight but high reps for the first time in a while. Got some blood into my hamstring and quads then went back to work! Hit tennis for an hour in the evening then ended up staying up late watching tv in bed! No cardio today, up early to go work!

Hey buddy! I would keep it the same for now and wait for your weight to stabilise. If it doesn’t in the next few weeks then maybe think about pulling calories back.

Hey buddy! Personally I go by feel. A day here and there of feeling fatigued is pretty normal I think however if it goes beyond a few days then it’s definitely time to take some rest.

Hey guys! Got my walk done out the way in the morning then worked ALL day! Very long day I was shattered! I went and hit a decent back workout in the late evening which was good! Then went back to work!! Got in pretty late. Slept a little rough still got this cough but up early for my fasted walk again!

Good morning guys! Had a Rak after my fasted walk then played tennis for an hour doing drills. Playing some really good tennis lately much improved. I did plan on going gym at some point but the day got ongoingly busy at work so I didn’t make it! Up early today for my walk then another busy day at work but should be able to hit the gym in the evening!

Hey guys! Didn’t make it to the gym yesterday! Had a mega mega busy day! Went cinema in the evening so just didn’t make it! Also ate a kebab in the day as I didn’t have work prepped and was out working all day! Up early this morning for my fasted walk! Then hit the court!

Hey buddy! There’s many things you can do in this case! Depending on your goal! If your looking to build muscle and you feel your gaining too much bodyfat then you can either pull back calories or increase activity!

Hey guys! Pretty uneventful day Sunday! Was in bed most of the day recovering! Up early Monday morning and got my fasted cardio done, ate and went to work then played tennis for an hour. Hit a chest workout straight after then went back to work! Ate a meal in the late afternoon then went back to tennis for around 90 mins in the evening then ate and went to bed after! Up early today for my cardio again, time was of the essence so I jogged for 20 instead of walking for 30!

Hey mate! In my opinion 20 weeks is pretty long for a first cycle, even if it’s just test! I would probably come off and give your body a little break from that! Then get some Bloodwork done and review that side of things! In the meantime you could keep your diet pretty clean, I’m not sure if your doing any cardio but I would probably add some in and keep food fairly high and just keep training super hard. If you want to keep building muscle it will just take time and you need to keep pushing as hard as you can in the gym. I wouldn’t say increase calories yet, I would wait until your weight starts to drop.

Hey guys! Had a chilled morning! Got called to work then came home. Headed into Shoreditch for a club night which was good! Got back pretty late smashed a kfc and went to bed! No plans today! Just resting and getting ready for a productive week ahead!

Morning everyone!
Just over 7 weeks out now, this is how I thought prep would feel.
Energy is almost non existent at some points, legs feel heavy and the hunger is here to stay haha!
But, it drives me on so much, I know that there are people who wouldn’t be able to do this and that pushes me on further too.

Back on dayshift today for a set of four, days off go so fast.
Training is still going well though, weight dropped off 3.1kg on the weekly average, new lines everywhere and there’s talk of a high day being banded about; how exciting!!

Thank you Louis mate, I honestly feel incredible. I get excited to get up and see how I look, what I weigh and to get after another day. I’ve never be so focussed or driven in all my life, it’s crazy!!

Hey guys! Had a good day yesterday! I got my walk done in the morning then banged out all my work by 1ish! Had a quick catch up with a mate then hit a decent back workout! Popped to my mates to have some food then headed to another mates party! Got in late but had a decent time! No cardio this morning!
