Good morning guys and girls! Had a good day friday! Played tennis at lunch which was good I was hitting really well. Then hit a good shoulder workout after which also went well, strength wasn’t too bad and bloody flow was pretty good too. Popped into town in the evening for some nice Italian food. Up early for work!

Good morning guys! Had an early back session yesteday down at kings mitcham which was awesome. I’ve been training back locally for ages and the kit is shit but I made it to kings yesterday and it was night and day different workout and I’m feeling it today! I came home and ate and then played around 2 hours of tennis! I was playing ok but feeling pretty fatigued. Up early today for my walk. Works quiet again so taking advantage. Hoping to hit tennis and a gym session around lunchtime!

Hey buddy! I’m not actually sure where you can buy them but if it was me I would just buy a length of 4×2 timber, cut it down into short blocks and bolt them together. It will be solid. Just make 2 of those.

Good morning guys! Work was dead yesterday so I took full advantage! I got up early and hit a good chest workout at the gym! My quad swelling has gone down loads and it’s not too painful anymore which is great! I came home ate and then had a tennis lesson doing drills for one hour. Came back home chilled for a bit and ate and then went back to tennis in the evening and played 3 hours of back to back doubles matches and won 4 games out of 4!! Went home and ate again then went to bed. I was pretty KOd but I slept a bit rough! Up early today for my walk!

I would argue if your cardiovascular ability is not strong enough to match your muscular ability then it’s time to work on that. Personally I like to complete the full set at the exact same tempo as when I started the set. I don’t slow down and I don’t speed up. Unless however your utilising a rest pause set or muscle round set in which case you have pre calculated small rest periods within the set.

Good morning guys! Leg was still in a lot of pain yesterday so didn’t train. Got my walk done in the morning then went off to work. Visited an art gallery in the evening and had some food. The swelling and pain had gone down a bit by the evening. I got called out at midnight so struggled to sleep when I got home and woke up early so a rough nights Kip for me. Leg is feeling OK this morning it’s still a little sore and swollen but I’m gonna try and hit some chest today and play tennis if work permits!

Hi Lee, I’ve never counted calories in my life and I know many professional bodybuilders that haven’t either! They can vary so much during cooking process etc and I don’t think the apps are super accurate. I would stick to the macros you’ve been provided, try and keep your food sources the same and if your not moving towards your goal then maybe make some adjustments.

Hey guys! Had a mega busy day yesterday at work, I planned to go gym and play tennis but I done a shot of trt in my quad with a new bottle of test and it has got really sore! It’s pretty swollen and painful but hoping it will go down! So yeah didn’t manage to play tennis Ofcourse and decided to skip the gym as was pretty painful to walk!

Morning guys! Had a chilled rest day! Went to work in the morning then spent the rest of the day with family. Chilled in the evening. Up early today to get my walk done. Then off to work! Hopefully hit weights this afternoon and tennis tonight!

Hey buddy! I like to stay in control of the weight at all times! Doing the movement a little slower will also allow you to direct the weight into your erectors more easily, if your breezing through the reps you won’t be able to direct that weight very well to a targeted muscle.

Morning guys! Had a good day yesterday! Got up early for work then hit the gym in the afternoon. Had a good shoulder workout. I haven’t trained shoulders for a long time so it felt great. Obviously strength is a little down but overall a good workout! Chilled in the evening getting meals in! Up early this morning for work. Probably take a rest day today!

Hey buddy! I don’t even know what split Arnold did to be honest! I think there’s a lot more knowledge now and a lot of other training splits out there. You also need to try some different things and see what works for you. My arms didn’t tend to grow too well doing PPL split. I got a lot better growth doing high volume bodypart split.
