Morning guys! I was up early again yesterday to get some work done on the van! Then played tennis from around 2-4pm! Then I went to my god daughters first birthday party! Then went off to work! Then came home and had some dinner and fell asleep in bed watching a film! So a pretty full on day! Slept in a little today, seeing family shortly!

Hey buddy! I personally like using this single arm as I can adjust my hip and upper body position to hit where I want! Obviously we are all build differently so you’ll need to adjust that yourself! I do occasionally do dual arm Pulldown but I’ll lean back slightly for this!

Morning guys! Busy morning at work yesterday! My opponent in the next round of the tennis tournament pulled out due to injury so I’ve moved onto the next round. Managed to hit a good pull session in the afternoon as the game was cancelled then got a meal in and went to the court in the evening to do some training which went well! Up early today for work then hoping to hit some more this afternoon!

Hey buddy! I have caffeine in tea and coffee as and when I please. Obviously I save high caffeine products like pre workouts for training days. I have no need to use those on rest days!

Good morning guys! I had a complete rest day yesterday! Went out to work in the morning got back in the late afternoon! I actually had kfc for lunch as I was working in a kfc and they offered a free meal haha! Went to Arjs in the evening with James and chilled! Up early today for work again!

Morning guys! Went out to work in the morning then played tennis in the afternoon! Went back and played some more in the evening. Worked a little in the evening also! Had steak and rice for dinner I think as a whole for the day calories were probably a little low again! Up early today for work planning to take a rest day as I’ve got another tennis match tomorrow!

Hey mate, where exactly is the pain? How are your sleeping patterns? Have you had any deep tissue massage on your back and neck? This may relieve some tension. Other than that I would say stay hydrated and try and sleep as much as you can!

Hey buddy! I usually always start with lateral movements to make sure the shoulders are very warm before pressing! Hit my sides pretty hard then move onto pressing! I won’t do more than 2 pressing movements then I’ll move onto a chest more than likely!

Hey guys! Had a good day yesterday! Work was pretty chill I went out in the morning then went to play some tennis at lunchtime. Hit a push session in the afternoon which was great! Strength obviously isn’t at its best but I had a good pump and saw some shape come back into my physique! Diet hasn’t been perfect but I have cut out sweet treats so I think that’s making a difference. I’m probably not actually eating enough most days I go 4/5 hours without eating. Chilled in the evening had a decent night sleep!

Good morning guys! Had a great singles tennis match yesterday! My first official one of the tournament system! It was a very close take but I managed to bring home the win! I was pretty beat up after and got called to work! Ended up in a car crash some dude went into the back of me. My back was pretty sore after. I got home late and went back to tennis to play a couple of single friendly games which was good then ate and went to bed! Up early today for work!

Hey everyone hope you’re well!
Just under 10 weeks out now, I still don’t feel I’ve had my ass kicked but Ally pulled food again today so maybe it’s coming haha!
Annual leave from work started on Saturday so I’ve 13 days off with no nightshifts or shift work in general, giving me time to focus on prep, clients and family, bliss haha!!
Checking in 3 times a week now and while visuals are definitely tighter, the scales aren’t playing the same game! Let’s see where the latest food drop takes us.
0 RIR week this week so it may be a big test!

Morning guys! Had a little lie in yday! Then met up with the lads to sort some new Louis Arjuna Stock! Had lunch with James after then went to a family event! Chilled in the late evening working on the website! Done a fasted walk this morning then went off to work! Feeling pretty nervous for the tennis game this afternoon!
