Hey buddy! If your going to test levels I would do it fasted in the morning! In terms of managing them I wouldn’t over eat and I would supplement In-Sure with high carb meals, I would also implement a no carb meal into your diet.

Hey buddy! I would just do what you feel on the day! A mix sounds nice like Kiera has mentioned! However if you feel tired and want to do more LISS sessions one week then I would do that without stressing! I must say I do also agree with the guys about keeping cardio away from training however if it’s going to mess with your schedule then I would stick to what your doing now.

Hey guys! Got up and ate breakfast yesterday then went down the club and played around 4 hours of non stop double tennis. It was good, I wasn’t performing as good as I was Friday but consistency will come with time. I feel like I play a lot better against higher level tennis players rather than lower level ones. I feel like I’m in the mid range at the club so just need to keep pushing! I have entered a tournament and my first official match is Monday afternoon! Pretty nervous but looking forward to it as it’s my first serious singles match! 🤞🏻 anyway had a massive curry after tennis Saturday! 😜

Hi Evan, have you tried the above split? It’s impossible to know if you will recover unless you’ve tried it for a few weeks. I have always trained super high volume and recovery was never an issue unless sleep/ rest was lacking or I wasn’t hitting my calorie targets. You may also find that your recovery is fine for some period of time then you may need to take a deload and go again! You could also hit more vertical presses (100% incline) to avoid hitting too much chest! These really smash your Delts!

Hey buddy! I was never really a fan of knee wraps or knee sleeves! They do limit range of motion. I think it’s more of a mental thing when your moving heavy weight, after I stopped using them I found I was lifting the same weight if not more without them! If you are suffering from knee pain I would also suggest supplementing with out join in and osteo pro supplements!

Hey guys! Had a very busy day at work yesterday! Was pretty shattered by the afternoon I got a lot of work done in a short amount of time! Chilled for a few hours in the afternoon after I had some lunch out. Played tennis in the evening which was very productive. Worked on my forehand mostly and serve returns which are much improving! Back down there today for some doubles sessions!

I would suggest leave it for post workout or another meal later in the day where you can have something solid with it like oats. Pre workout substitution would be some SKYR yoghurt maybe, very easily digestible and full of protein!

Hey everyone! Had a mega busy one at work yesterday! Didn’t make it to tennis or the gym but I did play a lot of games of pool and darts in the evening I’m not sure if that counts as exercise?! Up early today for work, lots to do! Hitting balls this evening!

Hey buddy! I think 12-16 weeks is enough! I never ran cycles longer than that especially with orals.

MemberJanuary 11, 2023 at 10:56 pm in reply to: Where would Rdls or traditional deadlifts fit in best for an upper lower splitHey buddy! I actually quite like hitting RDLs on my upper day as I like to target a lot of back when doing barbell RDLs. If I wanna target more hamstring I’ll use heavy dumbells and do them on lower days. Most lower days I tend to prioritise a heavy squat/ pressing movement and plenty of curl movements for hamstrings!
