Morning guys! Had a very long day yesterday! Spent majority of the day at the Fernabache vs Galatasaray football match! What a great experience the atmosphere was unreal! Went out for food in the evening which was nice! Up super early today to fly home! Running on literally a few hours kip!

Hey guys! I spent most of yesterday sightseeing! Saw a lot of mosques and iconic areas of Istanbul! Chilled in the afternoon with some food and cocktails! Went to Nusr-Et in the evening which was really good actually! Then chilled for a few hours while the lads smoked shisha! Up early today to head to Fernabache for the game!

Hey buddy! I used to wet shave for my competitions which unfortunately does take a long time especially if your a big lad! Maybe best to get your partner involved both shaving at the same time!!

Morning guys! Had a great day yesterday! Arrived in instanbul pretty late and went out for dinner! Had a huge platter of meat with rice and bread! It was amazing! Went out for some drinks and shisha after! I don’t smoke but the lads did! Up early today for some sightseeing!

Hey buddy! What are your current bodyfat levels? I only every noticed lower back pumps when bodyfat/ water retention was fairly high. Otherwise I never had any issues no matter what cycle I was on!

Good morning guys! Had a good tennis session at 11am yesterday but I was really fatigued! Long court play was very hard to started running some volley drills to give my legs a break! Still a good session overall! Had a flat white and chilled for half an hour after then hit a nice pull session in the gym which was pretty good actually! Finsihed off with a 20 min swim in the outdoor pool which was nice then went off to work! Chilled in the evening sorting some stuff for the website! Was up late packing as I’m heading to the airport now flying out to Istanbul for the weekend! Plenty of meat and beer going in!

And will I need an ai with such a low dose or should I get one just incase
You may not need it. (I don’t). However a lot of people do. I would start without and keep an eye on aromatise side effects and if you start to feel any then add in ai after. I would not use it if you don’t need it.

Hey buddy! I would start at 100mg/ week and see how that goes. Personally I would pin glutes 1 x weekly with an orange pin. If your not lean then use a blue pin. I would also push the pin all the way in. That’s how I do my trt.

Good morning guys! I had a very very busy day of training yesterday! Work was dead quiet and I’m away this weekend so was taking advantage of the free time! I got up and ate breakfast then played an hour of tennis drills for an hour in the morning. Then I had a shake and went to play a practice singles tennis game which was about an hour. Then I ate a salmon noodle meal. Hit a leg workout which was great actually! I was at a David Lloyd gym so the kit was better than the local gymI have been using. Then I came home and rested for a while and then went back to tennis in the evening and ran 2.5 hours of doubles gameplay. I was pretty exhausted by the end of it so I came home had a meal and and a salt bath then hit the hay. Slept pretty well! Fasted weight today was 81.5 so I’m around 2kgs down from Mondays starting weight. I’m up early today done a fasted walk. Off to hit an hour of tennis drills at 11am then I’ll try and train some back after. Working in the afternoon!

Hey buddy! Personally I would add in some explosive leg exercises such as stair jumps, power cleans, jumping lunges. You can add weight to these and they will definitely improve power and overall strength!

Good morning guys! Very productive day yesterday! Had a meeting with the lads then went to work then hit a push session in the evening! Hit some new explosive movements trying some new things! Strength is weak so looking to build that back up over time!
