Hey buddy! In my opinion yes! I think your lean enough to push into a growth phase. I would just slowly and gradually push them up. Keep it clean and keep some cardio in. Keep off plan meals limited and you shouldn’t gain much excess fat during this process.

Morning guys! Had a busy day yesterday! Went out to work in the morning then had a lot of admin work to do in the afternoon! Played 90 mins hard on the court in the early evening which was great! Went out to work around 8pm then came home and had dinner. Played call of duty for a few hours then went to bed! Helping a friend move house this morning not sure when I’ll be finished up! Hopefully hit the gym later today!

Hey Ben! If your test levels are coming back within good range for your age then I personally wouldn’t add in any test! It’s simple not needed! Get your training and nutrition in order and you should start feeling less lathargic!

Hi Kevin, what is your current pre workout meal? I don’t tend to change my pre workout meal on rest days I just remove my post workout meal and keep pre meal as a normal meal.

Good morning everyone! Had an awesome day yesteyday! Got up early and went out to work! Finished in the afternoon and managed to get an excellent hour on the court of tennis! Very productive session! Went straight into the gym after and trained some back which was good! Was at David Lloyd so thought it would be rude not to do a few lengths in the heated outdoor pool! Chilled in the sauna for 20 mins then went back to work! Chilled in the late evening getting meals in! And some cake maybe!

Hey guys! Had a busy day at work! Finished up around 5ish! Had some Persian food for lunch which was nice! Headed over to the tennis courts and played from 5.30-8pm which was great! I was playing really well! Got called out at 9pm to work! Came home ate some cake with a performance isolate shake and went to bed! Up early today for a stupid speed awareness course! Then heading out to work! Hopefully hit a session in the gym this afternoon!

Hey buddy! There’s a tonne of federations here in the U.K.! If your an assisted athlete then 2bros is probably the more elite organisation followed by PCA. Then you have companies like nmfuk and fit x that are very up and coming! If your a natural then WNBF, BNBF, UKDBFA will probably be your go tos! In terms of the schedules they usually get something out late the year before so expect that soon for next years comps!

Good Morning! Had a very long day at work yesteyday! Finsihed up around 6pm then went to the gym for a shoukder session which was good! I didn’t get the best pump but still got some good work done!! Got home and ate then went back to work after. Got home around 10.30 then chilled in bed for a little to wind down! Up early today for my fasted walk. Another fairly busy day ahead!

Hey buddy! I don’t personally think your that out of shape and could definitely push up a little higher before pulling back however it depends how you feel in your own skin. If your feeling uncomfortable at that level of bodyfat then definitely pull it back now! If your comfortable then I would push on just a little further.

Hey buddy! I’m with Peter on this one! I don’t think adding this in especially at that dose will bring significant changes! I used HGH on and off over the years at doses between 2-5iu daily and I never noticed any changes in my physique. For me the expense is not worth the reward!

Morning guys! Had one of the best English breakfasts I’ve ever had in my life yesterday at Woodkraft in Cheltenham! Absolutely incredible! Headed back to London shortly after. It was my brothers birthday so had dinner with family in the evening! Up early today for a fasted walk. Got a mega busy day ahead! Hoping to train later this afternoon/early evening!

Good morning guys! Had a good arm workout yesterday morning! Got called out first thing then went straight to the gym! Haven’t trained arms in a while so it was nice! Ate and headed straight off to Cheltenham for the rest of the day! Had a nice walk around Tewkesbury Abbey then popped into Cheltenham to see the fireworks! Going to have brunch today then head back to London!

Hey Man! I’m not sure what the quality of the gear your friend is making in his home and how sanitary it is as I’ve never tried a home made potion before I always used Rohm labs and never really had any issues. What are your calories like? I always found when I was on lower calories I was more prone to picking up cold/ flu etc very easily and I struggled to shake them off. Could be a factor if your a bit run down!
