Morning guys! Was out on the road all day yesteyday working! Got in the gtm around 8.30pm had a pretty good shoulder workout actually! I struggled to keep the pump but I was getting one. Fairly decent strength it was a good session! Got home ate a meal and went to bed! Up early today for tennis then gym!!

Hey buddy! Personally I only like to have around 20g during. As the guys have mentioned you could have 20 before, 20 during and 20 after! Or just increase protein content of your pre and post meals!

Hey everyone! Had a LONG day at work yesterday! Was working on a huge site in Northolt fitting locks all day. Started at 10am and got home around 10pm! Had a quick lunch and a bit of dinner! Ended up getting called back out to work at 10.30pm. Pretty beat up today. Still no hot water, busy day at work again!

Hey buddy! I think creatine works best when it’s used at a consistent dose! 5g daily is fine to use year round!

Hey buddy! I wouldn’t remove them unless they are causing you problems! If your getting bloated then find another source and see if it’s better on your stomach.

Hey guys! Had a mega mega busy day yesteyday! Got up and done 30 mins incline walk on the treadmill! Had a shower as still no heating/ hot water at home! Worked all day then hit a super late gym session around 8.30pm done some back which was awesome actually! Got in late had a meal and went to bed! Up early today for work!

Hey buddy! I would wait until after your cardio. Or as Nathan has mentioned move that cardio to pre bed and have your post workout as usual.

Morning guys! Had a good day yesterday! Ended up getting up early and training some chest fasted at the gym followed by some 500m sprints on the rowing machine! Work was dead quiet so worked in the garage all day getting stuff done. Played tennis for an hour in the evening then went to the cinema to watch black Panther! Up early today doing cardio in the gym as it’s pissing down outside. I still have no hot water so I will shower here then head to work I have a mega busy day ahead!

Good morning guys! I had the busiest day yesterday. However it was very productive! So Sunday I was in bed most of the day recovering as you can probably imagine after a heavy day and night of drinking! Got up early for my walk yesterday had a shower at the gym then came home and went to work! Had an excellent tennis lesson in the afternoon! Then got some work done in the garage. Hit a late gym session then headed for a sauna and steam. Went back to the garage to get some more work done on the stock. Got in around 10 and ate and went to bed!

Hey buddy! I would suggest halving that dosage and I like to use fasted in the mornings. I don’t tend to split dosage for HGH!

Hey everyone! Had an awesome day at the rugby yesterday! Drunk way too much booze and ate some off plan meals! England won so it was a great day! Got in around 3am so feeling a bit tender today! Need to get some rest and some good meals in me!

Hey guys! Busy day yesterday! Didn’t manage to train! Worked in the morning then helped a mate move house. Got a lot of work done in the garage after probably hit some more there tomorrow! At twickenham today watching England vs Japan rugby so on the pints and pasties!
