Hey guys! Had a great day yesteyday worked a lot of the day and had a great tennis lesson I was playing really good! I really feel like my game has improved massively the past month or so! I felt pretty exhausted after so I went back to work instead of hitting the gym! Got some work done in the garage in the evening so another late night! Up early today for work!

Morning guys! Productive day yesterday! Worked until the afternoon then hit an hour of tennis which was great, went back to work the came home and ate then went to the gym and hit a nice back session! Got called to work after so got back pretty late, again I haven’t had time to prep any meals so I ended up getting some Indian food nothing crazy just some lamb and rice with a little sauce! Up super early today for work!

I have had close friends who have had heart problems and completely stopped bodybuidling all together. I don’t think it’s worth the risk! Wether it’s the Anabolics or the stress from dieting and training. I would avoid personally! Worse case stay natural and keep bodybuilding!

Hey guys! Had a good day yesterday! Worked most of the day and got some work done at home in the afternoon! Played tennis in the evening for 2 hours then went for a sauna! Up early today for work! Busy day ahead hopefully train this evening!

I used to train bjj a lot when I was in my late teens and I was doing a full bodypart bro split style training back then and my recover was pretty good! You may have to just experiment with some different training splits and see what works for you. I’m sure Jordan will have a good insight into this as he has been doing a lot of that training lately combined with his weight training!

Hey mate! 300lbs should even be on your mind right now in my opinion! Firstly I would be trying to focus on being 250lb in better condition! Then maybe push up in 10lbs increments pulling back when needed! Years of work to be done here.

I usually have mine first thing in the morning. Even if I train after 1 meal or 3 meals.

Hey guys! Rest day yesterday! Didn’t do much as it was so cold! Had a meeting with the lads and then chilled the rest of the day in bed trying to stay warm! Had a pizza in the evening! Up early today for work!

Hey mate, personally I just like to hit quads from all sorts of angles and foot positions and placements using as much range of motion as possible. Taking things to complete failure and making sure I’m getting enough Rest! That packed the most meat on my quads!

Morning guys! Had a great tennis session yesterday morning followed by a good arm session in the gym! Went for a swim after in the outside pool and a sauna and steam to relax! Chilled for the rest of the day as it was too cold to get much else done! Still no heating hopin to get a new boiler next week. FREEZING

Hey buddy! I usually rotate movements every other workout! So I’ll never hit the same movement for chest for instance 2 rotations in a row. Even if it’s switching from barbell bench press to smith machine bench press then switching back!
