Good morning guys! I’m up early today for work! I had a good day yesteyday! Worked most of it then played 2 hours of competitive tennis which was hard but I won 6-3, 6-3, 6-4 which was great! Went out for a indian in the evening with some friends!

Hey buddy, the split looks fine to me, looks like a fairly simple split to be honest which is good I don’t really like over complicated splits. I would monitor recovery as you go on as you may want/ need to add in more rest days here and there! Lastly, your split is nothing that you should be stressing about! Realistically you can make progress on pretty much any split and there’s too many other things in life that you need to worry about rather than what split your doing! Don’t overthink it!

Hey guys! Mega busy day at work yesterday! Managed to get an hour of tennis in before watching the footy. I did sink 6 beers and a large pizza with it also but we won 3-0 so it was worth every calorie!! Up early for work today!

Hey buddy! I’m sure the digestion will be similar for most nut butters, it will obviously be person dependant. I usually stick with peanut butter if I’m honest.

Hey guys! Done like a 14 hour day at work yesteyday! Didn’t manage to train, got 3 meals in! Up early today again for work. If I don’t get in the gym I’ll hit a few hours of tennis before the england game tonight!

Hey Joe, if it was me I would probably get up at 4.45 and have something really fast digesting like whey iso/ protein yoghurt and some caramel Ricecakes or something! 5.45 I’d be having my pre workout and then I’d sip mps max and sustain during. Get something solid in post workout and crack on with the day!

Hey guys! Had a really good arm workout yesterday morning! Pump was great actually! Plenty of exercises and sets high volume. Spent the rest of the day with family. Had some early birthday cake in the evening! Got called out of bed today for work and there’s a lot booked in. Could be a write off!

Hey buddy! Out of the two I would pick Deca however I would favour masteron over both of them! I’m not personally a huge primo fan I know a lot of guys like it though.

Good morning guys! Had an awesome shoulder workout yesterday! Played 3 hours of tennis after which was good but I was absolutely exhausted after! Had a few meals after then fell asleep in bed eating chocolate! Up early today to hit the gym!

Hey buddy! If you want to hit more mid back when rowing I would suggest tucking the elbows in. Flaring them will put some stress on your upper back. That goes for any type of row really.

Hey buddy! You could have it Pre, Intra or Post really! A lot of guys now are drinking carbs before training also! Anytime is fine really.

Hey guys! I didn’t manage to train yesterday! However I did sink 10 bottles of beer watching England play some of the worst football I’ve ever seen! Up early for work today!

Hey buddy! Cream of rice should digest pretty damn quickly to be honest! Also carb powder like sustain or performance fuel. I probably wouldn’t stack both together as it may effect digestion so choose one or the other! Alternatively you could try a protein yoghurt and some Ricecakes as that’s digested very fast for me previously!

Hey guys! Had a great day yesteyday worked a lot of the day and had a great tennis lesson I was playing really good! I really feel like my game has improved massively the past month or so! I felt pretty exhausted after so I went back to work instead of hitting the gym! Got some work done in the garage in the evening so another late night! Up early today for work!
