Hey guys! Had a nightmare today! Got called out of bed for an emergency didn’t manage to get breakfast in! Worked all day in the cold till around 7.30pm. Managed to grab a quick lunch. Got home and ate and I’ve been working on the website until now it’s 1am! I literally haven’t trained for like 2 weeks! I’m gonna hit the hay now and then get up and go gym in the morning as I plan on spending the rest of the day drinking beer and watching football!

Hey guys! Very successful and productive day yesterday at the Louis Arjuna shoot! I was shattered by the end of it but lots of work done! Didn’t make it to the gym but work is more important at the minute! Hoping to launch in the next few weeks!

Hey guys! Another long day yesterday! Didn’t make it to the gym! Will be lucky if I make it to the gym today as were shooting for Louis Arjuna brand in shoreditch all day! Maybe a late one if I’m lucky.

Hey guys! I worked from 7am to 10.30pm yesterday! Pretty much non stop didn’t even have time to stop for lunch! Ate when I got in and went to bed! Similar day ahead!

Morning guys! Had a fairly long day travelling back to London yesterday! Got home in the late evening had some dinner and went to bed! Mega busy day at work today, hopefully I manage to get some training in!

Hey buddy! I wouldn’t expect any real muscle gain from that. So as hilly mentioned I would drop dose to 2iu. Even in terms of fat loss your going to need to make sure nutrition and cardio are on point!

Good morning! Had an awesome day yesteyday in Kosovo! Visited the capital or Prisitina and an older village of Prizren! Very cool and the food was amazing! Got back pretty late, managed to watch the england game which was awesome! Had some more food and went to bed! Up early today, flight back home this afternoon!

Hey buddy! I would definitely build up slowly! Get your studies done, fitness instructor, then PT. Then move onto higher nutrition courses. These will take some years and over those years you need to experience for yourself the practises. Along the way you will recruit clients, even for free at first. Over time if the results are good this will start to accumulate clients! You can get coaches along the way also and learn new things from them. Possibilities are endless!

Morning guys! Had a mega cool day yesterday! Did more touring of Skopje city then went out to Matka Canyon and went on a boat into the caves! It was very cool! Got back late and ate more meat! Up early today and travelling to Kosovo!

It’s very hard to say without knowing a lot of variables but for myself I usually pull sodium the night before and then reintroduce an hours before stage roughly! This can obviously vary!

Hey guys! Had a busy day travelling to Macedonia yesteyday! Got some sightseeing in the city centre after I arrived then got some food in the evening and watched the football! Up early today for more adventure!

Hey buddy! I’ve never used a knee sleeve in my life so I would definitely suggest training without them. Unless your having stability issues with your knees and even then I would suggest lifting lighter until you can build the strength within and around the knee up!

Good morning guys and girls! Had an awesome day yesterday as it was my bday! Got up and had a bacon Sarnie and a cuppa tea then went off to work! Finished in the afternoon and chilled for a few hours at home. Ate some really nice bamia and rice which is an Iraqi dish! Headed into fulham in the evening for some wine and Italian food then went to Hammersmith Apollo to see Kevin Bridges Live! What an evening, haven’t laughed so much in a long time. Very much needed! Up early today for my flight!

Hey buddy! I wouldn’t say you’ll get less sides from a shorter ester however it should be in and out of your body faster so the sides shouldn’t last as long. Keep the dosages very low and be cautious!
