Hi mate, personally I do like to try and get as much range of motion as possible when pressing so the dumbells will near enough be touching my body at the stretched part of the movement. It’s a bit harder to gauge with machines as they all vary a lot.

Morning guys! Went out to work yesterday then spent the rest of the day at home resting in bed. Hoping to wake up feeling better! However I actually woke up feeling even worse!!

Hey guys! Had a decent little leg work out yesteyday! After work! Didn’t go mad because my back had been playing up a fair bit lately! Chilled in the evening working on the website! Started feeling a bit under the weather yesteyday and I’ve woke up pretty rough today, off to work but might skip the gym as I don’t want to get any worse!!

Hi James, I’ve not personally however a few of my online clients have seen great results over the last few months while they’ve been supplementing with those! Bare in mind they’re nutrition and training is also online but the stack is definitely helping!

Hey guys! Had a decent chest workout yesterday afternoon at kings mitcham! Still feeling strange like I’ve lost mt connection with my muscle, I’m sure it will take some time to come back. Went back to work after. Worked on the website in the evening! We will be launching Louis Arjuna Friday 16th so going to be a busy week getting ready for that!

Morning guys! Managed to get a upper body workout in yesteyday morning then went off to work. Felt a bit strange as I’ve had a few weeks away from training. Went out in the evening drinking to watch the footy! Hungover today!
