Hey guys! I have been a bit out of it the past couple days. Spent most of the day in bed feeling very meh. Not sure if it’s physical or mental. Im planning to bring my physique back in the new year. Having a mental battle at the moment which I’m sure a lot of you have had at some point in your life with regard to using steroids. I have been running low trt for the last 3 years and for the most part I have managed to maintain a fairly good phsique. However the last 6 months have been very stressful and busy for me and I haven’t been able to train as much as usual or dedicate much time to my body. I have also been comfort eating or not eating and I have found myself a little out of shape in terms of how I like my physique to look. I am fortunate that I am in a place mentally that I don’t actually care what other people think about me or about how I look. However like most of us I actually care how I look. This brings me to the main reason of the topic. The best thing for me to do right now would be to clean up my diet, get into a training routine and introduce some cardio. I know full well this is more than enough to bring me into better condition with muscle fullness (what muscle I have left). However I keep getting this feeling in the back of my mind to start another cycle of steroids. Something low dosed and basic like 400 Test 400 Mast. Now why do I need to do this? I don’t. I have proven that I can get into excellent condition just last year using 150mg Test per week as a TRT with no additional Anabolics or fat burners. So why am I having these thoughts? I also no longer wish to persue a career as a bodybuilder. So why would I want to take steroids anymore. If I plan to keep fit, stay in shape and keep playing tennis then this can be done naturally. Which leads me to the question I have been asking myself the past few days. Am I or was I addicted to steroids? I haven’t done a proper cycle for 3 years but now I am getting the urge to do one when I don’t really need to. If I decided I wanted to compete again then I wouldn’t be questioning my decision but I don’t. Then I start to think about the years past when I was using steroids, my behaviour towards the drug. I have always been a very low dose user from the beginning as I was fortunate enough to have educated people around me that cared about me. However I do think deep down anyone who has ever used steroids has acquired some form of addiction. To the way it makes you feel or make you look, or how strong and full you are. I know a lot of people that never come off steroids, haven’t for 10-20 years. I know guys in their 50/60s that are still using high doses of steroids. Are they addicted? I always tried to justify my usage because I never really consumed alcohol and never used recreational drugs or because I was a competitor. I’m not going to do another cycle, however I thought it would be wise to share these thoughts I’ve been having with you. I’m looking forward to getting back into training and feeling a bit better about myself.

Hi Eduardo, as the guys have mentioned you haven’t uploaded your split, however I would suggest giving arms their own training day. Split the rest of your bodyparts equally. You could give more volume to shoulders over chest if it’s strong for you!!

Hey buddy! What are you looking to gain from the cycle? If it was me I would probably start at 200-250mg of test and pin twice weekly. If your looking to gain weight/ mass I would probably try and drop down to -12% and push up from there!
Goal is to gain lean muscle mass. Current B.W. Is 82kgs empty stomach. And what benefit will pinning 2ice provide over 3x / week? [/quote]
Hey buddy! As sas mentioned you just don’t need to pin that often! Less scar tissue and less hassle of having to inject! I’m not sure about you but I dislike injecting myself!LouisMoylan

Morning guys! Had a long day at work yesterday! Had a pretty late back session at my local gym which was good! The new JP Pre workout is fucking awesome! Got a meal in then chilled in bed for a bit before sleeping! Slept a little better I’ve had a rough week coughing a lot in the night. Up early today I might go and play some tennis then potentially hit some weight training later!

Hey guys! The app has been down for a few days so apologies! Had a pretty full on week! I trained chest Tuesday and played tennis last night so kind of back on it haha! Food has still been off. Works been busy! Gonna head to the gym shortly for a late session!

Hey buddy! Personally I think he’s going to be using too many compounds. My first cycle was test only at 300mg/ week and my second cycle was test at 300mg/ week with dianabol at 10mg a day! I would highly suggest increasing very slowly and adding compounds in one at a time. That way it will also be easier to monitor any negative effects that may occur when using certain compounds.

Morning guys! Not much to report from yday! Had a fairly busy day at work then chilled in the evening resting! Not gonna get back in the gym until I’m feeling 90%+ which will probably be Monday! 🤞🏻

Morning guys! Had a busy day at work yesterday! Was still feeling rough but I had to go out and get it done! Got called out at midnight also! And got called out of bed early this morning! Still not 100% I might try and get back in the gym tomorrow!
