Hi Daniel, we are all getting older! I’m not sure how much peptides are going to help with that but if you’re leading a healthy lifestyle I think that will keep you feeling as young as possible.

Pre, post and intra workout nutrition should be higher on training days for obvious reasons. So if you’re looking for areas to reduce calories I would suggest around the time you would usually train.

Morning guys, had a busy day on site yesterday. Got back in the late evening and hit the gym around 8ish for a short workout. Pump was incredible, not sure why! Started with rope push downs then moved ontop machine curls then hit some incline smith bench press and finished off with barbell seal row. Headed home, ate and went to sleep. Up at 5am today for work in the city.

Hey Billy! I’ve always been a firm user of Rohm labs and always had great results. Never tried Adelphi.

Hey buddy, can’t see an issue with mixing the peptides but I would avoid making insulin with anything else.

Hi Cauã, I’m not sure I totally understand the question. The volume frequency will depend on you’re training split, so for me I train a bodypart split so I’ll do around 18 working sets for one bodypart in one workout then I won’t be training that bodypart for another 7 days time. If you’re training Push Pull Legs, Full Body or Upper/ Lower you will be training bodyparts a lot more frequently so you will require less volume per workout. Also yes you should train every bodypart individually if you are training as a bodybuilder the you will likely want to create balance within you’re physique so you may want to add more volume on bodyparts that are lagging but still make sure you’re hitting every bodypart regardless and if you break them down individually it’s easier to make sure you are giving all muscles the attention they deserve. Hope this helps!

Hey buddy, personally I wouldn’t do cardio after eating as it would effect my digestions hugely. I would give it atleast an hour before doing any activity.

Morning guys, left for work at 5:30am yesterday and got home around 7:30pm so a shorted day. Was a little too tired to go to the gym so ate and showered and went to sleep. Slept fairly well last night but tired waking up at 5am again. If I’m not back too late today I’ll try get a light session in.

Hi Josh, like the guys I haven’t heard of this before. Not to say it’s impossible but I would likely say it’s nutrition related. What’s you’re current diet look like?
