    You can adjust your macros in your diet to have whey protein or maybe cereal post workout which really helps with sweet cravings. Otherwise maybe a black American with some sugarfree syrup or sweetener usually helps.

    Morning everyone! Hope your ready for a proactive week ahead! I’m feeling a bit exhausted think I might have got some sun stroke! Going to try and smash some legs today and keep the food quite low as I’m carrying a lot of water weight still. Out for a fasted walk now then have a few meals and get to the gym! What you guys training today?

    Good morning guys! Feeling a bit rough today! Yesterday was a long day at the show my friend was competing at! Food was a bit tough to get hold of and had a meal off late at night! Woke up early and went for another long fasted Walk then had some eggs on toast for breakfast. Going to rest today and get some good training in next week! Hope you guys are all having a great weekend!

    I personally tend to have low carbs on rest days during prep and offseason. The only difference being in the offseason I tend to have a meal off plan before bed on that rest day.

    Not really no just a small amount maybe on some toast/bagel with a meal once a day in the off-season. I just personally don’t have a lot of butter in my diet I don’t use it at all pre contest!

    Kerry Gold is probably one of the better butters to use but I would use large amounts of it.

    I have to agree with @kuba1000hotmail-co-uk-cielen on this one. We obviously don’t have much information but a gradual increase in calories over time as your body weight increases would seem like a better approach. The cardio seems a little high but once again non specific and I don’t disagree with cardio when trying to gain weight/muscle.

    Good morning guys! Had a great little workout here in Barbados yesterday afternoon at First Fitness Gym! Done a full upper body workout! Diet has been clean ish quite high carbs with a bit of fruit. Protein probably a little lower than usual as resources haven’t been great out here! Hope your all having a good weekend and training or resting hard!

    Hi mate, I suffer from the exact same thing! I’ve tried digestive enzymes and probiotics, different teas and psyllium husks and not much seems to help! If you find anything that helps drop me a post about it! Thanks buddy!

    Good morning guys!! Landed in Barbados late yesterday and went straight to bed! Woke up around 2am went out and walked for a few hours looking for a supermarket but they were all closed! Enjoyed the beautiful beach views while I was out! Finally found a very small supermarket and managed to find some eggs, turkey ham, brown bread and bananas so made that for breakfast! Probably head to the gym in a few hours for a light session then find a larger supermarket where I can actually find some decent food to cook! Any questions or anything feel free to hit me up below.     Anytime Steve! The Sainsburys own microwave Thai jasmine rice is hard to get hold of sometimes but really easy! Otherwise you can buy the normal One and pop it in the rice cooker and it’s unreal!!

    Hey Buddy, for me personally and James too I believe we both do like to have a cheat meal on a rest day last thing before bed because we did notice we had tremendous training sessions the following day! However we usually keep calories very low all day on the rest day even doing zero carbs until the cheat meal to kind of create a demand for it! That’s just our approach but depends how it works for you. We also usually keep cardio in during the offseason so approaching our nutrition like this does allow us to keep a little leaner. Plus I feel like on training days I like my body to absorb as much of the food possible with ease and when I eat a super clean diet my digestion is much better whereas if I had a huge cheat meal after training it would probably take me 4/5 hours to digest that food and I feel like my body not absorbing it properly and certainly not at the rate I would want it absorbed post workout.
