Hey buddy! It is fairly normal to be honest! I do try and hydrate myself very well early on in the day and taper down slowly. I think it helps if you train early too as you’ll consume most of your water intake then. Then slow down for the rest of that day but your still likely to wake up atleast once to go to the toilet!

Hey guys, had an amazing arm workout yesterday morning! Trained fasted then had my breakfast after! Headed to slough in the afternoon for a premiere film event which was fun! Had a take away in the evening and chilled. Up early today for my fasted walk as usual.

Hi Brett, I would stick with 3/4 working sets and you can do either 1 or 2 exercises with slight variation.

Hey guys, had a fasted walk yesterday morning but felt a bit fatigued so didn’t go gym. Played a few hours of darts then went to work. Watched the rugby and football in the evening then chilled and went to bed. Slept well! Up early today for a fasted workout at the gym.

Hey Gavin, you have to go by the feel of the first set. Typically if you hit your first set perfectly in the lower part of your rep range you will need to do a back off set because you won’t be able to perform to your rep range during the second set. However if your reps are high on your first set then personally I would perform another set on the same weight.

Hey guys, had a good day yesterday! Worked majority of the day then had a nice tennis hit in the afternoon. Went to the the gym for a rehab session in the evening then started training legs after. I started to suffer extremely bad cramps in my hamstrings so I had to leave half way through. Chilled in the evening.

Hey buddy, how your currently doing it is exactly how I would do it so no need to change or complicate the things in my opinion!

Hey buddy, if your pre workout ritual takes around 20/25 mins I would start 60 mins after you finish your meal. It’s fairly easily digestible food so shouldn’t take too long. Obviously adjust according to your body’s response to this.

Hi Kerry, personally I would stick with the same cycle of 400 test and 200 primo and monitor progress. If your making progress on your lifts and visible seeing changes then keep it there. No need to increase unless progress stalls in my opinion!

Hey buddy, you can vary your workouts by switching between using the dumbells and the barbell. For example one workout do flat barbell press, the next workout do flat dumbell press. This will give you different stimulus. You can also vary movements by changing angles. With inclines or declines. Not just for pressing. For chest supported rows I’ll adjust the incline of the bench to hit different areas of my back when rowing. Also changing the direction the weight is moving, flaring elbows or tucking elbows. There’s lots of small variations you can make on simple exercises.

Hey guys, had a busy day at work yesterday but slapped a solid chest session in, improved on pretty much all lifts. Felt strong which was good. Had a shake and a banana then went straight to tennis and I could not perform. I was obviously a bit tight but I knew I would be but I felt overwhelmed with exhaustion. I got battered by someone I shouldn’t get beat by. Came home ate and went to bed! Out early for a walk then off to work.
