Thank you all for answering. Im going to do light sets, improve my form and hip mobility. After the pain go away I will do heavy sets again. The pain started after i felt a crack, snap on the adductor machine some weeks ago, probably because i went a little bit further on the way down
Hi Miguel, I would likely discontinue use for now. Allow the area to recover. Is the pain going down your leg? To your foot? Is it sharp or numb?

Hey buddy, it wouldn’t be a rest day if your training arms so I would either change your split to suit your needs or adjust the volume within your current split.

Morning guys, had a good fasted tennis hit yesterday morning then had a very busy day at work. Got in super late so didn’t manage to train. Had dinner and went to bed. Heading to Chester today for a darts exhibition match.

Hey buddy, whenever I have trained PPL I have trained with an A, B & C variation. Usuallt hitting 7-9 exercises per workout with usually 2 sets per exercise. I found this gave me a good amount of time to recover from specific exercises and then progress them lifts more consistently.

Hey buddy, is there any chance you can describe the pain in a little more detail? Where is the pain? What area does it travel? What kind of pain is it? Is it sharp? Numb?

Morning guys, had a slightly more chilled day at work yesterday but still got in the late afternoon! Went to the gym and had a good rehab session for my back then hit a really good shoulder workout. Pressing with dumbells overhead has been improving each week and feeling good. Good blood flow also! Chilled in the evening getting meals in. Up early today for a fasted tennis hit!

The cereal is likely spiking insulin and effecting your blood sugar levels which could be making you feel flat after.

Hey buddy, personally I like to do my cardio first thing in the morning and it doesn’t count towards my steps I like to keep them completely separate.

Hey buddy, dream sleep is definitely not going to stop you from waking up to go to the toilet at night. If this is what’s breaking up your deep sleep then it’s likely not the supplement that’s causing it! If you are training late in the day it can be difficult for your body to relax into a deep sleep as there’s a lot of things going on with your body in these hours after training. So supplements may not definitely help with that. As Clare has mentioned, unwind might be a good option but again your body might just be under too much stress at that time.

I do try and hydrate myself very well early on in the day and taper down slowly. I think it helps if you train early too as you’ll consume most of your water intake then. Then slow down for the rest of that day but your still likely to wake up atleast once to go to the toilet!
