Morning guys, long day on site yesterday. Especially with stretching out my meals all day from being up so early! Got in around 6pm and had a coffee. Threw a 180 in the dartboard and left for the gym with a smile on my face. Had a good chest workout, strength is still not where I’d like. It to be but improving. Up at 4am again today for work.

Hi Ben, unfortunately yes. It’s far too common in the sport I’m afraid and has been for a while. Probably now more than ever. I would drop it immediately and focus on getting your clients healthy first. Regular blood tests and when they’re in a better place if they’re eager to use again put them on a low dose, something simple and not complex.

Morning guys, busy day on the course yesterday. Packed my meals so ate clean. Got back in the late afternoon. Had an off plan meal in the evening, spent some time with family. Up at 4:30am for work today gotta go into site. Out for an early fasted walk before I leave. Cook and pack some meal then head off before 6am.

Hi Jess, I’m personally not a huge advocate for these drugs but it is likely they will help. I’m not totally sure how much extensive research/ testing has been done on them. Our other athletes should be able to provide some more knowledge and experience on the matter! Wishing you a speedy recovery!

Hey guys, went out to work yesterday morning. Got back in the afternoon and was exhausted so took a rest day. Weight was down this morning, went out for a fasted walk before heading to a course for the day.

Hi Robert, I don’t, I never have. The thought of it makes me sick! Never had an issue not doing it! Personally don’t think it’s really necessary. Can also be really awkward sometimes when injecting yourself.

Hey guys, very busy day yesterday but managed to smash a good arm workout in the evening! Great pump. I did use Pumpage pre workout. Ate and went to the cinema after to see the new 28 Years Later Bone something which was really good! Up early for work today. Long day ahead.

Hey guys, had a busy one yesterday. Walked in the gym late around 7:30pm and as soon as I put down my gym bag I got a call to go out to work to an emergency so rushed out. Got back late so didn’t manage to train. Up early today for another fasted walk. Again weight is not budging despite reduced food but do feel I look better.

Hey guys, had a nice little leg workout yesterday. Still taking it easy on legs as I don’t want to aggravate the back. Had a consultation with spine surgeon in the evening. Waiting on mri. Up early today for a fasted walk.

Hey! I agree with the guys here. If you are feeling good and progressing lifts I would over think it. I try and sleep 7/8 not always possible and broken sleep alot of the time.

Morning guys, had a good back session yesterday evening after work. Pretty limited with kit in this gym but making it work for now. Did an airport run after then ate and went to bed. Out for a fasted walk this morning.

Hey guys! Good rehab session in the gym the went to play tennis. Played for 3/4 hours so body was pretty beat up after. Rested for the rest of the day. Out for a fasted walk this morning.

Hey buddy, I would definitely like to have a pulldown movement and a rowing movement in each day. Definitely vary them workout to workout.

Morning guys, long day at work yesterday and dropped my parents to the airport in the evening. Got back late and was shattered so rested. Had a good sleep but up early for a fasted walk before eating and heading to the gym for rehab!
