I’m a microwave man! For 50g Cream of rice I’ll add 200ml of water and microwave in 30 second stints stirring inbetween. Even in 15 seconds stings when trying to get the right consistency!

Hey buddy! This could be down to execution as Michaela says so make sure your nailing that. You can also try varying your exercise selection and rep ranges to see what your triceps respond best to. I never got on with full body workouts I always liked to hit my muscles with a lot more volume within a workout.

Morning guys, rested for a while yesterday then went to my friends house to help with some renovations there. Had some food then a couple of drinks for a birthday celebration then came home and chilled and went to bed! Just went out for a fast walk. Then heading out for a coffee.

Hey buddy, have you tried doing fasted cardio in the morning? I find this hugely helps my appetite throughout the entire day.

Hey guys, went out for a walk yesterday fasted then got rushed off to work without eating. Came back a few hours later and got a meal in then got rushed back off to work again! Then came back home and ate again then got rushed back out again! So very rushed day yesterday, back is feeling pretty uncomfortable at the moment. Got in fairly late, ate and went to bed. Out for another fasted walk this morning before breakfast.

Hey buddy, I don’t think there’s going to be 1 movement that’s going to change everything for you! We’re talking about YEARS & YEARS of heavy load and large amounts of calories to build that density. Variations of movements and pushing beyond your limits workout after workout. Deadlifts, deficit deadlifts, RDLs, stiff leg deadlifts, rack pulls, barbell rows, chest supported dumbell rows, low rows, heavy pressing movements like barbell pressing, heavy dumbell pressing. Every individual is going to benefit from different things so experiment with exercise selection and rep ranges and just train hard and give yourself time, be patient. It’s going to time likely 5+ years to start seeing real thick muscle. You can’t compare yourself to Jordan as he’s been training for around 20 years with the sole intent of building mass amounts of muscle and trains harder than most other people on the planet! Combined with absolutely sound nutrition and recovery.

Hey buddy, maybe a Push, Pull, Legs split would be a good option for you. As you can focus on your main powerlifting SBD movements at the start of each session then get in some proper good training sets for your accessories.

Morning guys, had a good rehab session after my walk yesterday. Then went off to work for a few hours. Got home in the afternoon and chilled for a bit. Went out in the evening to play my first darts match for my mates club! Was a good experience! Won the first singles match, then lost the next 3 singles match. Lost the first doubles but won the second! Good night overall but lots to work on! Got home around midnight, had my last meal and went to bed! Up early today for another rehab session!

Hey Marcus, personally I wouldn’t add in extra chest sets to your pull workout. I would just focus on really exhausting your muscles on their set days. I would start your push workouts with a flying movements that you really feel your chest in. You need to work hard on your mind muscle connection here, then when you start your pressing movements your chest will be really activated and you can take that connection onto your pressing movements. Even if you have to pull back weight slightly to improve execution. With regard to hamstrings I think you’ve got the right idea training them before quads, I also liked to do this and I felt it was not detrimental to my quad training at all. Just stick with this and vary your exercise selection from lying, seated, standing, kneeling curls and again really focus on connection and execution here rather than load. With regard to your lower back have you tried doing Hyperextension? These can be a bit less harsh than deadlifts, Ofcourse you won’t be getting as much load but you will be able to train the muscle rather than injuring it or being in pain. Lastly with your glutes it may seem tedious but have you tried doing Bodyweight banded hip thrusts before you perform glute movements, this will help again with muscle activation and connection.

Hey buddy, personally I never was a fan of increasing my drug protocol post show. I usually dropped drugs to a cruise dose of test for atleast an 8 week period and slightly increased calories and slowly decreased output during this period. Then I would reintroduce a cycle again. That’s just what I liked to do as I wanted to give my body a break from the drug use during prep.

Hey guys, had a fairly moderate day yesterday. Went out to work after my fasted walk then chilled in the afternoon. Played some darts and went on a walk in the evening. Boredom is kicking in but I know I should rest. Slept fairly ok but got called out of bed early. Had a rehab session after work in the late morning.
