what is the surgery bud? what can you do ?
For example are you going to be stuck to the couch or can you move/walk/yoga maybe just not lift weights – huge difference here

I can’t do anything, gyno surgery. Will be able to get steps in after a week apparently but it’ll be the guts of a month until I can get back into things

I had this done at be cosmetic by Dr Nurein. Walked in and walked out in 30 mins! Super easy!
Trained legs after 2 weeks and chest/ upper body after 4-5 weeks. You would never know the surgery was done! Super discreet incisions on the nipple line. Paid 3.8k but got extras which would normally cost 5.5k

Hey bro, Cleveland clinic and Cromwell outpatients are good to go to! Might just have to pay consultants consultation fee as well! There are a few outpatient centres that may well do it as self referral! Worth ringing them and checking! Can’t say they are the cheapest though! Around 1k I believe
