    Hi guys back into normal routine today! Mosquito bites have absolutely blown up which is fab 🫶🏼 in for quads and glutes today. Annoyingly the gym wasn’t busy but two movements I usually do (leg press and smith squats) with specific machines I usually like to use were in use with a queue. I did ask to set in and was rejected. Sad times. So I had to make do with what I as available to me. Still a good quad and glute session. Back home to blast through work and catch up a bit

    Hi guys! Happy Monday, final day in Milan + a lot of going back and forth + travelling back home. Caught up with clients, did a food shop dinner and now bed! I have some nasty mosquito bites that have gotten MASSIVE and so hopefully they don’t get any bigger tomorrow

    I’m very much like Kerry! I used to go for the jazzy ones but now I’m fairly boring and always make sure I get salmon nigiri and then maybe branch out to something a bit different! Always with wasabi 💫

    Hi guys second day in Italy and it’s been a long one (in a good way) had a trip to lake Garda and did a lot of walking! Wrapping up the day making our way back now.

    Hiya Pedro, how long were you dieting for and how long has it been since you ended it? It can take some time to feel more ‘normal’ post a longer diet phase where you might have pulled off a significant amount of body fat. I would suggest getting bloods done but if they look good this sounds strange.

    Hiya Paul. I just read your other post about consistently feeling tired recently. I couldn’t see any reference pictures to your back/legs but I’d suggest you start pushing up and adjusting food for growth. I can’t remember if you mentioned you were doing any cardio or anything but start tapering this down. I suggest you add 200-300kcals from carbs. Assess visuals, bodyweight and performance before increasing a little more after a couple weeks. This should also help greatly with the sensation of being very tired all the time.

    Hi guys happy Thursday. Busy day! Usual morning routine, check ins then in for a full leg session. Session was great! A few extra sets of hams as I’ll be off for the rest of the week. Felt amazing. Back home to continue on with work for the rest of the day/evening and now very much ready for bed. I’ll be up fairly early for my flight to Milan tomorrow morning

    Hello, an update!
    I tried calling the doctors but they couldn’t get me an appointment and instead advised me to call 111, which I didn’t do and thought to give it a couple sessions. Anyway, all has been fine and got back into routine, hitting a bench pb on the returning session! Still don’t really know what happened that day but all I can say is hopefully it won’t happen again. Thanks for your replies and interest.

    Amazing to hear. Hopefully it’s a thing of the past! 👍🏼

    Hi guys happy Wednesday. Today was a rest day for me and a lot of work. Check ins, training analysis, client calls, shopping visiting my lovely grandma and finally wrapping up for the day

    Hi guys happy Tuesday. I’d usually rest today but I’m off to Milan at the end of the week and so I’ve chosen to train back to back. Today I was in for hams, glutes and delts. Really good session! No issues with my back at all. Happy days. Back home to work for the rest of the day.

    Hiya Jack. I completely agree with Marc and Hilly. There’s nothing wrong with asking questions! I’m sure your coach wouldn’t want you feeling overwhelmed and stressed. Do your best to communicate what you might want to understand further and give your coach a chance to explain. If they respond in a way that stresses you further or leaves you feeling deflated. Know that you’ve done nothing wrong with asking

    Hi guys, happy Monday. Great start to the week! Up for a walk however it was pissing it down so opted for a much shorter walk round the block. Work then in for quads and glutes. Everything was great until after leg press I felt my back starting to tighten up. I decided to drop smith squats as bracing under load felt ‘off’ and so opted for quad focused split squats and they felt amazing. The rest of the session was great, up on load for a few movements so happy days. Back home to continue for the day and now ready for bed
