    Hiya Steve, I’m with Kuba. That sounds rough. Consider seeing a doctor, Chiropractor or physio. It could be linked to training but could also be a number of other things.

    Hi guys happy Sunday! Up for a walk today, breakfast and a little bit of work before doing a chunk of editing. Very chill day and enjoyed an off plan Georgian Food. Huge fan and it’s always really good.

    Hi guys, had some trouble posting my log yesterday so here’s a roundup. Friday I was in for my full leg session all was going well, REALLY well, and then out of nowhere I tweaked my back on the pendulum. It really was totally out of nowhere. I immediately stopped, and walked around the gym. Then did some high knees and gave myself some time to re-centre. After 10 minutes or so I went through the Rom of the pendulum and didn’t feel 100% but not total shit so finished what I had to do on the pendulum with considerably less load. I managed to continue on with the session cautiously. Very frustrating but it’s just one of those things. Through the course of the evening, I stiffened up a bit and felt a dull ache around my lower back. Today I had hams and glutes and when I woke up I felt a bit stiff but considerably less pain/ache and so decided to go in and see what I could do. Everything got done! Minus belt squat RDLs. Instead I opted for a smith machine RDL for a little more stability. Still did it with considerably less load and felt okay. We’ll see how I feel tomorrow. Hopefully better still!

    Hiya Andrew, I’d suggest after coming back from vacation to spend a week in your usual routine. Eating, training, cardio all to commence as you were before you left. After you’re back in your normal routine for a week or so, you can then see if you need to tidy up or not. I wouldn’t pull down kcals unless you actually need to.

    Hi guys happy Thursday! Still feeling a bit low energy but still getting all the things done. Up for a walk, check ins and breakfast then tackling bookkeeping for MAD. I am so behind every flippin year I find myself in this position and I never seem to learn. I need to hand it over by the start of September so in a bit of a time crunch trying to get this sorted alongside other info I need to collect. Popped over to see my lovely grandma. I didn’t get to see her last week as I was in Italy so spent some hours with her chatting, and enjoying each others company. Back home to wrap up the day, quick food shop for some missing bits and now finally bed.

    Hiya Nathan, I agree with Andy. Cardio can get boring but it’s something that needs to be done so unfortunately if it’s purely to soothe boredom I wouldn’t change anything. However, I do find stair master pretty taxing too so making the adjustment to a bike, incline walk, or a crosstrainer/elliptical may do well for your legs

    Hi guys happy Wednesday my period started this morning fab times which defo makes sense as to why I’ve been feeling bloated, low energy and just a bit ‘off’ up for my usual routine! Morning walk, breakfast and check ins before heading in for hams, glutes and delts. Great session. I feel like I’ve had a massive breakthrough with Bulgarians. For the longest time they’ve felt very awkward to do after my SI was well and truly fucked last year. But today everything clicked. I hope I can be as accurate as I was today every time. I’ve taken mental note, physical note and video so I don’t lose what ‘clicked’ back home to continue work. I’d usually see my grandma but seeing as I felt a bit run down I aim to see her tomorrow or Friday. Feeling very tired and ready for bed

    Hiya Jack not necessarily in response about use of clen but are you just looking at bodyweight or are you assessing visuals too? 4kg up may not be that big of an issue if composition is still in a good place.

    Hi guys happy Monday. Woke up with a bit of a scratchy throat but other than that I feel normal. Up and out for a walk, breakfast and a bit of work. Then in for quads and glutes. Usual bank holiday busyness in the gym. It was totally rammed. Session went well! Back home to chill and wrap up for the day. Throat feels a bit scratchy now and I do feel quite tired but i’m due on and likely a bit run down from travel

    Hiya Luna, much like the others above have asked I’m interested in your response around how you feel you’re not recovering. What lifts have stalled? Maintaining something for three sessions isn’t that deep imo and could be the case for multiple reasons. (Rest time, movement order, how you’re approaching the session) How long have you been following this? I wouldn’t say it looks super demanding so let us know

    Hi guys, chill Sunday today, up for a walk, breakfast, a bit of work and then a drive up to have lunch with some friends. Back home to chill, do some editing, pack an order and rest. I feel a bit run down after travelling so I’ll see how I feel waking up tomorrow

    Hi guys back to normal today! Up and out for a short walk, breakfast, and gym! In for hams and glutes and the pump was amazing. A couple days off and some extra food has been magical. Bodyweight is only up by 400g so still in a good spot. As I’ll be going to Italy again in just over a week, I aim to keep food where it is before that trip and then after I come back I’ll be in a good spot to think about increasing again.
