Hi guys back to normal today! Up and out for a short walk, breakfast, and gym! In for hams and glutes and the pump was amazing. A couple days off and some extra food has been magical. Bodyweight is only up by 400g so still in a good spot. As I’ll be going to Italy again in just over a week, I aim to keep food where it is before that trip and then after I come back I’ll be in a good spot to think about increasing again.

Hiya Miso, I think this is something that’s very hard to answer. Does it seem worth it to you? Do you enjoy the pursuit for more muscle? Do you enjoy training and transforming your physique? If you actually don’t (which is okay if not) then it’s clearly not something that seems worth it. You haven’t mentioned that you’ve ever worked with a coach. I suggest you seek out a coach who can guide you. This could be great help and make quite a difference for you and the progress you make. Lots of people are in your position who do find that it’s worth it and and enjoy living this lifestyle. Others don’t and choose to simply enjoy training and having a more relaxed outlook. It’s utterly and completely dependant on how you feel about it all. There is no right or wrong answer, just what suits you and makes you happy.

Hi guys, last day in Italy today! Explored Ostia Antiqua, really amazing to see some ruins and ancient history. Lots of walking, some final yums and now soon to be on our way back to the airport. It’s been a lovely trip but I’m so ready for a bit more routine and normality with food and digestion! Saying that, I’ll be back in Italy in just over a week 🫡

Hiya Angelo, all have a purpose depending on your needs. I’ve had all the above and find them helpful. I usually see my chiropractor every 6-8 weeks (more often when I have lingering issues) as for sports massage I try and get them every two weeks if I can. Some dry needling is sometimes done in these sessions

Hi guys, day three in Italy and It’s been lovely. FINALLY had a lie in, a walk this morning and breakfast and then a walk around the local town. Back to the hotel for check ins and then spent the rest of the afternoon at the beach with the girls. Then out for dinner and enjoyed a nice pizza

Hi Alfie, that sounds intense and quite sudden. Seeing as you’ve never experienced this and it came on so suddenly, I feel you’re doing the right thing by resting, hydrating and eating well. Approach your next session with caution. Try and be very aware and intentional with what movements you’re doing and how you’re feeling. I hope it doesn’t happen again! If it does, perhaps consider speaking to your doctor. They can then help out rule any issues like blood sugar, blood pressure, fainting episodes or whatever else it could be! You MIGHT however be totally fine with zero issues! Fingers crossed your next session goes well.

Hi guys, super busy day up early and off to see my chiro in Essex, got stuck in traffic and ended up only getting back by 3pm. Kill me. Popped by to see my parents quick and then back home to actually get some work done. I’ll be in Italy for the rest of the week tackling check ins as well as spending time with my partner and family. No training till Saturday and I’ll be enjoying some foods but not being an idiot

Hi guys happy Sunday! Up for my last walk with doggy 💔 then breakfast and a bit of work getting everyone set up for the week ahead! Spent the afternoon in central and went to my favourite sandwich spot. Way more filling than they look! Enjoyed a nice walk and now getting back home to chill for the night

Make sure you’re hitting your overall protein goal. If you find that after adjusting your fats (from egg yolks) your overall protein is low, then yes, you need to make up for it. You can make up for it with egg whites or any other protein of choice.

Hiya Naoise, cable crunches are great, most ‘crunch’ movements be it on machines, bodyweight or cables are great for developing your abdominal wall. I do totally agree with Marc here too. Make sure you’re also doing some of the above movements he mentioned. Super helpful with control and bracing. They also help with awareness of your pelvis and ribs.
I’d also suggest leg raises or hanging leg raises. I really enjoy them

Hi guys happy Saturday. Final night with the doggy and I’m sad. I’ve really liked his company. Up for a walk this morning, check ins and then in for my final session hams and glutes. Good session! Back home to continue for the day then out this evening briefly to see some classic cars. Bathed the dog, he got crazy zoomies and now we’re all ready for bed

Hi guys happy Friday. Up for a walk with the dog, check ins and breakfast and then in for legs. A VERY rushed session as I was off to a concert this evening and for the train times wrong. I needed to be leaving an hour earlier than expected. My fault totally. A good session on the whole! Just very quick, managed to get almost everything done. This evening i went to Gunnersbury park and saw Palace. Super chill vibes and they were amazing. They were actually a supporting act for Kruangbin who were amazing too. On the train back now and I’m pretty tired
