Reading your words honestly gave me a lot of perspective and helped me calm down mentally. I’m learning to be less hard on myself when things go out of my control, and your support really meant a lot in a week like this.
I know I’m still young and have a lot to learn but I’m hungry for it, and everything I go through teaches me something new.
I’ll be back home tomorrow night, and from Monday I’m locking straight back in
one step at a time, with full focus and patience.
Thanks again, means the world to me.
Hiya Beni, how are you getting on? Hopefully things are going well 🔥

Hello hello guys happy Monday. In for Quads and Glutes today. Bodyweight has been continually trending down, visuals are a little leaner and appetite is good. So far I’m not really pushing super hard so happy to continue on dieting to get to a leaner position before continuing on with growth. Took things cautiously with leg extension today and opted for higher rep sets just for the sake of my knees. (No pain or issues just some clicking and discomfort) leg press load is continually going up, smith squats are killing me but on the occasion I’ll get an extra kilo or rep so I’ll take it. On the whole sitting lighter and performance is still fab. Happy days! Resting tomorrow

Hiya Joe, totally agree with all the info above that the guys mentioned. Are you experiencing pain in your wrists while you lift? If so have a look at how you’re stacking the load through your hand/wrist. Also consider seeing a physio to give a proper assessment. Big time in agreeance with the fact that wrist wraps should be used to support a lift not mask main or underlying issues. Same deal with knee sleeves, belt, any accessories like this.

Hi guys it’s been a lovely chill Sunday. Rest day as always. I slept for almost 10 hours after being so tired yesterday. A little work in the morning and then spent the day in central at a coffee festival. Drank a LOT of coffee, spent some time with friends and got back home at a decent time too. Steps defo hit! Very much ready for bed now

Totally agree with Clare. I highly doubt it will be ‘fixed’ in 2 days with anything you might do! Resting and then easing back into training is the smartest thing to do. Also consider a physio/sports therapist for physical treatment.

Hi guys happy Saturday. In for my final session of the week. A bit of a rushed morning packing orders for MAD before the collection cut off point. Hams and glutes went very well! Very tired today after a late night yesterday but managed to tick off training, work steps and meals. Knee feeling a little iffy while getting some steps in so I’ll be sure to stretch surrounding areas through the course of the day tomorrow 👍🏼

Not much else to add here. Hilly covered things you can do very well.

Hi guys! Happy Friday, legs ticked off today, no issues with my knees other than some clicking so just being cautious! Other than that solid session completed. Out tonight to watch some stand up comedy at the O2 ✨

Hiya Joe, I’ve just checked Amazon myself and it looks like it’s one random seller selling 3 individual packs of CoR. The reviews aren’t great for the seller either so I’d suggest you get it from the legit website! Way more flavours, trustworthy shipping and handling too. You can also use any of the athlete discount codes for even more of a discount too 👀 (LULU10)
alright thanks what flavour would yous recommend
[/quote]
Totally depends on what you fancy! The chocolate flavours are great but I know people who prefer more vanilla/caramel flavours. The slightly fruity ones are pretty good too! All mix the exact same. You should be able to search for the travel sachets too so if you’re unsure on what flavour to commit to you can always try a few of the sachets before getting a bag 👍🏼 my recent flavours are triple chocolate, custard crème and cherry BakewellInstagram - lulubellelifts

Totally agree with the guys above. Also, turn the volume up on your headphones so you don’t hear any unwanted opinions 😉 The time you spend in the gym is to focus on yourself. When you’re doing a set or even in between sets be completely focused on YOU!

Hi guys! Happy Wednesday. Another week of back to back training at the front end of the week. I feel pretty good regardless. In for hams, glutes and a little delts today. Accidental pb for b stance rdls as I picked up the wrong dumbbells. Whoops but a win all the same. Saw my lovely grandma and did some work. Steps hit and then a late shop at Sainsburys because for some reason, there’s NO sourdough on the shelves. Managed to secure that good good sourdough so breakfast will commence as usual tomorrow ✨

Hiya Nate, the guys above are spot on. I think if you’re actively looking for something ‘cheap’ the service you may receive will reflect that. Also, ‘cheap’ is relative. I suggest you save up for a coach where pricing isn’t going to be your determining factor

Totally agree with the guys above! I’d suggest seeing a physio to assess the area and have a hands on approach. It’s often very hard to articulate pain/niggles and have a proper diagnosis from a written description. Everyone’s pain tolerances are unique and so if you’re worried, see a physio to give a proper assessment.
