Hello hello!
Today was a rest day for me! I usually wake up a little later on rest days.
Started the day off with a short walk and spent most of the day at my laptop working. While I offer online coaching for bodybuilding/powerlifting/lifestyle my main work day to day is filming and editing for clients. So I’m seated a lot if I’m not shooting! A few check ins today to wrap up. Ending the day with a short walk and Duolingo because the streak needs to be kept 🤌🏼
I have made it a priority to get up and move a little more on rest days. I do find staying seated or sedentary for long periods of time tends to flare up my SI joint (mostly left side) and it has a knock on effect with how good/poor my next session feels. Today I was successful so looking forward to Hams and Glutes tomorrow.
