I have just come across your question. You’ve been given all the right advice here from the guys with pushing back food up slowly,
But what I wanted to say is great work bud, really solid work. You should be proud of this, keep up this work ethic! I’m impressed

Hi guys
Coaches order was to rest as a busy weekend and from travelling back from the expo. Sleep last night wasn’t great, in bed for over 8 hours but just over 6 hours recorded rest so definitely feel rested.
So day spent doing client work and an online client bodybuilding posing session. Appetite has definitely picked up this last 7 days or so in maintenance phase lol typical this is my last week now before heading into a deficit, but it is what it is.
Training volume has been adjusted also for when I’m back in the gym, so I will keep you posted on what that will be when I’m training next.

Day travelling back from london after the tru athlete games yesterday.
Checked in with Kuba this morning, he’s happy with were I am at currently in this maintenance phase. Bodyweight held consistently the 3 days at 133.1kg which we are both very happy about. I’ve also seen my appetite pick over this last week which is a good sign…. But, 1 more week to go in maintenance before heading into a short cut.
Nipped to see my parents today also 46 years married today!

It’s mad that this is even an issue, I could understand if it was something like salmon but this isn’t even bad.
For me when I worked in a sports centre and they wouldn’t let me eat regularly, I would eat in the toilet. Maybe not the best place to eat, but my goal is my goal.
Same for yourself. I’d eat in the toilet or see if your work would allow you to shorten your lunch break into smaller breaks to allow you to get your food in

Day at the tru athlete expo today with the tbjp team! Great to catch up with the team, as events like this don’t happen very often.
Was good to see Corinne smash her comp today too.
Watched some of the bodybuilding show and spoke with other coaches, friends and people who follow me which is always cool.
Long few days! Looking forward to a decent sleep tonight before heading back home tomorrow

Legs ticked off a little earlier than usual today before heading down to excel london for the tru athlete expo tomorrow and Sunday with the tbjp team.
Caught a little of the amateur bodybuilding show today and also watched the 212 pro show, really good standard.

I had no idea ur suppose to weigh it raw, also, ive been thinking ive been having 150g of rice krispies just by taking 1.5dl of it and eating it from the cup, apparently 1 dl is only 10g weighed 🤦🏻♂️🤦🏻♂️
Raw or cooked weight comes down to your chosen method for the foods you are eating

Enter the product into myfitness pal or look on the back of the packet. Always calculate the raw weight though to be more accurate.

If you are using my fitness pal I would then scan the barcode in of the rice that you are using. There’s often discrepancies when using these sort of apps, so if this is your preferred choice stick with the same rice you choose for consistency -
Have you had a conversation with his coach if he has one about any specific training outside of the sessions that would benefit him?

Not the best workout today by any means. My shoulder wasn’t feeling to good during todays pull session. Attempted to change some exercises but was still feeling some pain / restrictions so I thought better of it trying to continue as I didn’t want to make it worse. Definitely frustrating as it’s the last thing I wanted to do but I needed to listen to my body here so I didn’t make things worse

Today was a rest day… client check ins, sports massage, haircut, and an in person posing client. Also went to see my parents for a little while too.
Mid week check in sent over to Kuba and positive feedback. For where I am in this maintenance phase my bodyweight is holding well and we really are solidifying this new muscle tissue. Exciting times!

It’s important to look at your physique and know what needs the most attention. The example density day from JP is a guide. If there’s anything you think you would like to adapt / trial give it a go. Key is progression, so be sure to give it a good run before you change things around

Solo Leg session today! Session went ok, still on a de-volume this week getting back after some rest days so no pbs were hit today but was good to load up some decent weight.
All my usual exercises today;
Adductor
Lying leg curl
*sldl
Leg ext
Leg press
Hack squat
Seated calf raise*I actually didn’t do SLDL, my shoulder / lat was feeling pretty tight and after doing a few feeder sets I thought better of it than making it worse.
