    261.2 , as expected . I will be back up a little tmo as it’s a rest day and then I expect to continue down ro 258 ish by end of next week where then I think I will hold , and then make another cal adjustment . I’m happy! I would say my glute ham are much better than before , which was a big goal , chest , shoulders arms are about the same , maybe a tiny bit behind but I will have them surpassed it comfortably in the next push . My back thickness is the only thing I can see that is a bit down still but I will have it matching by end of next push , before I start to diet

    I have 3 new glute pieces arriving today , which we will get to work on making better , they are prototypes . One is a standing hip thrust , one is a kickback machine and one is a keeling thrust .

    All in time as I have very much maxed out my current glute machines and need a break off them after months and months of hammering away at them

    I know you hate these lol but are you still running push, pull , legs .. off.. repeat?

    That is not normal, your RHR sitting that high is a huge cause for concern.

    It shouldn’t be anywhere near that

    It’s always been 70s-80s .. finally got a full nights rest for first time in a week and it’s back down to 75-78 . Dr seems to think it’s fine . I will say that lack of sleep and extra stress did seem to jack it up quite a bit , crazy how much of an impact those two variables alone have, almost down 12 points in just 2 days of a getting a full nights rest after a week of terrible sleep and lack of stress management

    Sleep is 8 hours a night .. diet rice veggies r meat. 3-4 grand i of gear and about 15 iu gh. I think adding tren (something i haven’t touched in years) is what has brought it up about 12 points since nothing else changed . I may be getting too old to mess with this compound.

    Yes this is correct , long time user and get labs regularly. My Bp under control 125/70 .. so is the RHR in 80s not that big of a concern? Also slin too of course lol.

    Do you get any blood work and heart checks done regularly? If not, then if you are running anabolics consistently, then these are absolutely necessary imo to keep an eye on your health. I would also be running the full tbJP Health stack products, alongside Cure-Coming and OH-Mega Pharma pro.

    In terms of what is an acceptable RHR, this is person dependant, but something that should be tracked and kept an eye on for any changes. Stress, poor sleep, illness, age, diet, hydration, bodyweight, cardiovascular health, body temperature, genetics, medications.. can all have an effect on heart rate.

    80 bpm is considered in a ‘heathy’ range, but will depend on what is ‘normal’ for you. I would personally want to try and get this a little lower if possible.

    Yes i take all those supplements and get 2 physicals with bloodwork yearly. I lost 2 close friends to cancer in the last few weeks so my sleep has been under 6 hours lately which is awful .. so i know this cant help. I’ve always been in 80 range but it was up a few points so that scared me, but all the lifestyle factors lately may be a cause for sure . Thank you Clare 🙏🏻❤️

    I hit 273.3 a couple days ago , I’m going to call it there on this push , I was going to do a few weeks more but I’m happy i have got what I need from it , I was 240 15 weeks ago , maxed out at 273.3 , I’m going to do an 8 week tidy , drop a ton of water and then absolutely rocket it all again for another push . I am so so happy with the muscle I gained in that last one , I actually learnt a lot too as it was the highest I had ever ran test , highest eq , highest GH . So no shit I grew rhe most in that period I ever have

    I’m going to swap now to :

    1g test

    1g primo

    350mg mast p

    50 anavar

    50 Winnie / day

    Gh down to 1 bottle

    Will add 20 clen straight from the off

    Lower my carbs aswell by 80g on training day , 50g on a rest day

    My t3 is 25 and zero t4

    In this phase I was to see what a little gc1 does , and then pro forma has some tesofensine coming so I want to try that as it sounds awesome , and I will bump my slu dose a little too , to see what that does

    I expect to drop a lot of water fast !

    If you’re injecting 100mg Nad+ daily(as well as the rest of the “Mito stack” ..is oral nmn overkill/unesscesqary since NNM is essentially a precursor to NAD+?

    Also is proforma still coming to USA soon?

    Thank you sir: Do you find that cycles with one compound high dosed (test base of course) works better for you than multiple compounds at lighter doses? Milo’s wrote me a setup years ago with several injectable s lower dosed and 2 Orals and seemed to prefer one injectable higher dosed and maybe an oral occasionally .

    Mark I just don’t need someone touching me on a rest day . Many like it . I train very hard , I’m very very tired on a rest day , doing that makes me way more tired again vs walks , a nap , and trying to switch off . They turn into nutrition consults / motivational hours too , where I get quizzed on everything I’m doing . Which exhausts me even more . I could happily go into like a Thai one where the person doesn’t speak English , doesn’t talk to me , and then gives a massage that’s a fully relaxing one . But even then i would recover more sitting on the sofa watching a film . I don’t need any of the shit I see a ton of people do , cold plunges / red light therapy etc etc . I would wipe the floor with all the people that do that shit in a training session , because I do what I know I need to do , which js switch off as much as I can from the world

    That’s a good point , the whole process becomes more of a headache/production too. Do you use Glutathione at all/if so how much? I thought i recalled you using it at one point but maybe I’m imagining.

    I was 269.7 this morning , it’s a HUGE amount of water , as I was zero GH , 700 test , Winnie , clen , primo . To now this , so I would say 15 pounds of water no joke , I would drop that in 2-3 weeks just from a drug adjust and went back to the exact cycle including clen .

    I’m going to keep going until end of November and then 8 week diet I would say , I will lower to 3g total when I diet. And then be nicely set up for another push 🙂

    I am actually excited to show my glute progress . My glutes were small before and after a couple years hammering them , they are now a real strength and changed so so much

    If one is using a 30mg vial of Reta at 1-2 mg total per week.. does it lose potency at 30 days or is that bs ?

    Some all time strength stuff today for pull

    Single arm prime pulldown x 5 x 4 x 7 x 4

    Strive row x 6 x 5 x 5 x 5 x 4

    Rear felt cable x 6 x 6

    Bicep cable x 8 x 6 x 5 x 5

    Cycle is now at 4G total , split 2:1 test eq , gh 2 x bottles before bed ( 20-24iu depending on variation ) , my t3 is at 25 . I won’t pull it out , t4 is zero.

    Im settling into the cycle now and feel really very good , it’s taken a while to adjust to it. I am near 14 weeks post diet now from when I started to alter my energy balance . I’m going to do 6 more as things are and then instead of cruising and going again I will lower to 3g total and have a small diet phase , so that will be 20 weeks total on the up and then I think I need 6-8 week reset again, but I’m going to in that phase play with high dose slu , add gc1 and see what blood work says before / after gc1 addition in terms of thyroid and impacts.

    Wow , this is epic! Would you say you prefer bolus dose of 20-24 iu before bed over 2 split doses ?

    Dr Trevor sells peps, I have used oral SLU with clients and see HUGE success

    Reta daily is best from what I have seen and heard from guys like Nick walker & sam Pearce
