200mg 3 times a week for the initial 6-8 weeks and then can pull back to twice a week or hold at 3 times.

Does it matter when you take it ? AM /PM ? Empty stomach ? Thank you for answering

Seems to work good at night stacked with 100-200 mg vitamin c and also helpful for the lymphatic system pre bed . I take 100mg each (5-7 nights a week)

No Steve is very very smart , I’m pals with him , so defo don’t discredit anything he says. I will watch the vid today 🙂 .

He’s def a smart dude for sure! Curious to know your synopsis after watching and if you think it’s not totally counterproductive to running both after hearing it. I’m sure there’s ppl he refers to that take far more ITPP as well… so that could be a factor as well

I totally agree , i just heard the video and was like wtf .. entitled “Never Mix BPC 157 Or TB 500 With This One Drụg!”

He goes .. “ if you inhibit angiogenesis but want to use TB500/BPC157 as a recovery aide it would be sending mixed signals “ is what he says in the video

Clearly your physique has a hell of a lot more muscle than his , so I’d listen to you way before him.. but still an interesting listen

Can’t eat , can’t breath , so no , useless drug in a push once your big and need food and need to carry bodyweight around. It’s the exact polar opposite to getting big , you need to be able to eat and be as fit as possible .

Makes sense. Vigorous Steve just released a video saying you should NEVER mix ITPP and BPC157/Tb500 .. this sounds like bollocks and the first I’ve heard of this . Your opinion on this ?

BPC-157 and TB-500 both promote enhanced angiogenesis (blood vessel formation), while ITPP promotes anti-angiogenic properties.. is supposedly the reasoning

    Adductor machine

It wasn’t ruptured so didn’t need surgery

Took me 10 months to fully feel like I could lift heavy heavy again

I did daily rehab of blood flow

    Couldn’t adductor or quad compound

Is tren something you will absolutely never again use on a push , i know you’ve touched on this a few times just curious if that’s where you still stand on it

I just grew the most I ever have in a 15 week push , I didn’t get sick , or show any signs of inflammation , I didn’t need a single rest day and did that while juggling a multi million pound brand 🙂 . I will get the same again in the next 15 weeks .

Right now I’m at pretty much all time size , that’s 100 pounds of actual stage weight since I started . It’s an amount that I guarentee you cannot even comprehend in terms of gains , so then getting 110/120 pounds which is what I want , takes what it takes .

I KNOW more drugs will result in a better outcome , you just don’t think it does as you aren’t close to needing those amounts .

You can follow the log , watch me grow the fastest I ever have again, and then draw whatever conclusions you want 🙂

How much do you think KPV/BPC oral caps help with gut health? I’m assuming taking more of the injectable doesn’t yield same results or you would’ve done that? The orals just seem a bit harder to source , but if you think they make a big enough difference for gut health I’ll get them/find them 😉

My apologies for duplicate post, i wasn’t able able to delete my other one for some reason , but after a week of getting my sleep back to normal schedule (it was under 6 hours due to a lot of personal stress) my RHR is back to 69… i even went to dr and had everything looked at. It seems as though stress and lack of sleep will do far more damage than we think to these markers. BP is good and cardio is daily… gonna try to increase intensity on that but 69 seems to be my average hr which is a lot better than what i thought it was , but would still like to get that to 60. Moral of the story stress and sleep loss will wreck your heart …

To follow up after 3 days of good sleep .. it’s back down to about 70 .. which i could still improve but def better. For about a week straight my sleep was terrible 5 hours or less .. and lost 2 close friends . Crazy how much stress and sleep will affect those. But I’m def determined to get it 60s 🙏🏻with some HIT session . I also noticed if i forget to wear my cpap it’s also higher , so i need to cut the crap with that . These are all things that some of us may overlook or may think minimally affect things but as I’ve seen in last ten days these factors can certainly make a big difference in the big picture

I dropped again as expected , and I can now clearly see I do not need to diet 😂 . I had never ran a 3g test cycle + the 2 bottles gh , I moved off 13 pounds water in what , a week ? And I can see I have a few more pounds to come off, so prob 16-17 pounds water . I have never held that before so it made it really hard to see when it’s that much , how much was messyness or not . Well once it came off I could see instantly that I’m still really fucking lean! So that’s diet over lol. Back to the main Cycle and continue for more

Only diff is I will instead of the 3g test , run 2650 and instead have 50mg nandrolone a day / 350 a week , just for some of the stuff nandrolone can bring to the table that test and eq cannot !

So we looking at 2650 test , 1500 eq , 350 nandrolone , 2 bottles gh . That’s a wild cycle , but fuck it , it’s about who has the most muscle and then is the most conditioned , I want to be both ! And I can endure the fuckery of that cycle ( just )

I got some triseba today off hilly as he was down for the athlete shoot . Whenever I’m stuck to get stuff Hilly usually finds it for me 😂 , literally the most resourceful human I know ! so will see how that feels instead of Lantus , at 13iu a day still

    T3 is just 25 , no t4

I really want to squeeze out another 14-16 weeks on this. I’m already at all time strength , so I think literally from here getting as far as I can past that will do a job and then I suppose it’s prep time and see what can be done on a stage.

I am very ready to crack on with the rest of life now after this too and for me to turn the TBJP brand into what I know it can become , we are on track to do our 3rd consecutive £1M turnover month , and this is before anything to do with Dubai , or other areas . I can clearly see the path to doing £2-3M turnover months , but it will take every ounce of my focus and energy to manage it, which I’m very very up for .

How’s your BP and RHR generally when you’re blasting ? Even with hard cardio it seems RHR of guys 250 plus will never be that of lance Armstrong 🤣

Do you or have you ever thought about doing some hiit a couple times a week ?

That’s a good idea , i will def do that thank
You. And i didn’t mean to post this twice , i tried to delete the duplicate but the it stayed up🤯

My blood pressure is under control 125/70 .. so i just need to try to drive this down a little bit , just gonna try to go harder on the cardio

Dr isn’t worried about HR but i would still like to see it lower

    I am indeed

Is mito stack something you can take indefinitely or would you suspect there’s receptor down regulation at a certain point? I love the way i feel on it along with klow stack and are hoping to run indefinitely

261.2 , as expected . I will be back up a little tmo as it’s a rest day and then I expect to continue down ro 258 ish by end of next week where then I think I will hold , and then make another cal adjustment . I’m happy! I would say my glute ham are much better than before , which was a big goal , chest , shoulders arms are about the same , maybe a tiny bit behind but I will have them surpassed it comfortably in the next push . My back thickness is the only thing I can see that is a bit down still but I will have it matching by end of next push , before I start to diet

I have 3 new glute pieces arriving today , which we will get to work on making better , they are prototypes . One is a standing hip thrust , one is a kickback machine and one is a keeling thrust .

All in time as I have very much maxed out my current glute machines and need a break off them after months and months of hammering away at them

I know you hate these lol but are you still running push, pull , legs .. off.. repeat?

That is not normal, your RHR sitting that high is a huge cause for concern.

It shouldn’t be anywhere near that

It’s always been 70s-80s .. finally got a full nights rest for first time in a week and it’s back down to 75-78 . Dr seems to think it’s fine . I will say that lack of sleep and extra stress did seem to jack it up quite a bit , crazy how much of an impact those two variables alone have, almost down 12 points in just 2 days of a getting a full nights rest after a week of terrible sleep and lack of stress management

Sleep is 8 hours a night .. diet rice veggies r meat. 3-4 grand i of gear and about 15 iu gh. I think adding tren (something i haven’t touched in years) is what has brought it up about 12 points since nothing else changed . I may be getting too old to mess with this compound.

to confirm you are currently taking 2-3g of gear and 15iu GH a day? If so then this simply explains the elevated HR I would say [/quote]
Yes this is correct , long time user and get labs regularly. My Bp under control 125/70 .. so is the RHR in 80s not that big of a concern? Also slin too of course lol.

Do you get any blood work and heart checks done regularly? If not, then if you are running anabolics consistently, then these are absolutely necessary imo to keep an eye on your health. I would also be running the full tbJP Health stack products, alongside Cure-Coming and OH-Mega Pharma pro.

In terms of what is an acceptable RHR, this is person dependant, but something that should be tracked and kept an eye on for any changes. Stress, poor sleep, illness, age, diet, hydration, bodyweight, cardiovascular health, body temperature, genetics, medications.. can all have an effect on heart rate.

80 bpm is considered in a ‘heathy’ range, but will depend on what is ‘normal’ for you. I would personally want to try and get this a little lower if possible.

Yes i take all those supplements and get 2 physicals with bloodwork yearly. I lost 2 close friends to cancer in the last few weeks so my sleep has been under 6 hours lately which is awful .. so i know this cant help. I’ve always been in 80 range but it was up a few points so that scared me, but all the lifestyle factors lately may be a cause for sure . Thank you Clare 🙏🏻❤️
