I was 269.7 this morning , it’s a HUGE amount of water , as I was zero GH , 700 test , Winnie , clen , primo . To now this , so I would say 15 pounds of water no joke , I would drop that in 2-3 weeks just from a drug adjust and went back to the exact cycle including clen .
I’m going to keep going until end of November and then 8 week diet I would say , I will lower to 3g total when I diet. And then be nicely set up for another push 🙂
I am actually excited to show my glute progress . My glutes were small before and after a couple years hammering them , they are now a real strength and changed so so much
If one is using a 30mg vial of Reta at 1-2 mg total per week.. does it lose potency at 30 days or is that bs ?

Cycle is now at 4G total , split 2:1 test eq , gh 2 x bottles before bed ( 20-24iu depending on variation ) , my t3 is at 25 . I won’t pull it out , t4 is zero.
Im settling into the cycle now and feel really very good , it’s taken a while to adjust to it. I am near 14 weeks post diet now from when I started to alter my energy balance . I’m going to do 6 more as things are and then instead of cruising and going again I will lower to 3g total and have a small diet phase , so that will be 20 weeks total on the up and then I think I need 6-8 week reset again, but I’m going to in that phase play with high dose slu , add gc1 and see what blood work says before / after gc1 addition in terms of thyroid and impacts.
Wow , this is epic! Would you say you prefer bolus dose of 20-24 iu before bed over 2 split doses ?

Dr Trevor sells peps, I have used oral SLU with clients and see HUGE success
Reta daily is best from what I have seen and heard from guys like Nick walker & sam Pearce
Il stick to what big boys say not guys who live in world of theory

So last night back to my test eq ans will plow on there . I will be at my 4g total cycle soon and then I’m sure at some point I will need to drop some pressure for a few days where I will do the same , lower the test hit the mast p and just give my body / mind a couple days where I can walk / function without the brutal water haha
Pep stack very much locked in now but only diff is 5mg / day ss31 , where I can get all the health benefits from that . The rest is

5mg ss31
500mcg 5 amino
100mg nad +
10mg meth blue
600mcg x 2 a day
I’m super happy with how that all feels
I’m doing klow at 10iu / day from the vial mixed with 3ml , that gives me 1660mcg ghkcu / day and then 333 bpc , fb , kpv
But then I’m adding some bpc/tb blend on top still at an additional 500 of each / day and then same for kpv
Reta is down at 250mcg / day now . That’s all I need it feels now
Gh still 24 iu a day , but I am toggling the timing and just assessing my digestion and fasted bg , which is starting to creep but that’s co incided with lowering Reta for me . It’s still sub 5 most days on wake , but I have noticed that if I take all 24iu before bed it will then be 5.1/5.2 . But if I split it around the workout , I’m seeing lower fasted bg . It would be interesting to see what of those two approaches causes me the highest igf levels. I have a feeling it’s the split as the doses are 4 hours apart ish , so then your probably going to get a larger AUC as there will be an upper limit as to what you can get in one single dose . ( sounds like it’s circa 18iu based on what have heard from Kurt havens )

Decreasing the frequency to once a week also doesn’t work for my body either , I lose the adaptations too quickly
On PPL/4 sleeps ..would you recommend lower back loading on one of the pull days of the week and the other no lower back loading? Hope to see more of your SLDL/ BB Rows soon! Thanks for all the awesome content
