Email PF 🙂

I noticed you don’t utilize orals like Dbol and Anadrol often.. i also notice those are the only compounds i find very very difficult to “stay healthy” and manage my blood pressure on. Would this be one of the reasons why? In my 20s i thought all the big guys always took them and it wasn’t until i just stick to injects that my blood pressure was finally healthy again.. you are living proof you can get huge without them

    Cure cumin 3 and 3

Peptides , Reta back in and worked up to whatever needed . Tesofensine , 5 amino 1 mq at high doses . Everything else the same

For the Cure cumin i assume this means 3 in the am and 3 pm? Just got a bunch and stoked to use it!

I will very likely just go back to all eq again to drop shot volume . But will adjust to that again in segments so not to cause a shortfall in e2 control as you can imagine swapping from all eq to primo and mast prop causes a big e2 drop , so then the other way around would cause a big rise . So I will make a couple adjusts and work tbe primo back out , as I like being able to walk atm 😂

Curious on your Cure-coming dose ? I’m sorry if you’ve answered this before

USA for me too. I’m told there’s no way to lower it. Just stop progression.

Alex kikel has a “Skool” (monthly fee) and he has a great video on lowering score . I’ve been on this rabbit hole myself lately …. He seems like a really smart dude . I think even if you paid for a month over there it may be worth it

Do you take Tbjp cute coming ? If so I would double dose.

I would also get some tb500 and bpc from proforma and run 6-8 weeks of this.

I’m taking all of them at the moment but i will double my cure coming dose.

Do you think the fact that i took it after a workout possibly skewed the results? Seeing as working out is pro inflammatory

I wouldn’t take high dose antioxidant supplements right before or after training because they can reduce the signals your body needs to adapt and repair muscle tissue. However, eating whole foods containing antioxidants or a greens powder around the training window is fine imo.

So probably best to avoid vitamin c and e seems like the culprits to avoid around the training window?

    Quads + bis today

    Prime bicep curl x 5 x 5 x 5 x 4

    Seated leg press x 5 x 4 x 4 x 4 x 5

    Single leg press x 6 x 5 x 5

    Leg ext x 7 x 5 x 6 x 5

    Single leg ext x 7 x 5

Really happy with that , that’s absolutely maxed out quad stimulus that’s for sure

Have you had any experience with AOD personally ? seems pointless for someone already taking GH would you say ?

I deal with this and have for many years. I have always freaked out about it. Usually the next step is the doctor orders an albumin to creatinine ratio test in urine. If you had the +1 protein it will probably be elevated. If issue continues it is good to continue monitoring through time. Although with good egfr, creatinine and cystatin c the doctors take it as the kidneys may be functioning good but if protein is flowing through they may be “stressed.”

I am still trying to find a good answer.

I actually go to a nephrologist about this as well for monitoring although I seem to freak out more than he does. He is still trying to figure out why. We have not been able to pinpoint it after many years. I do think this is more common in bodybuilders than we think, just many do not get these tests done with their standard bloodwork.

All you can do is be ANAL about all your kidney care. Eg. good BP, high dose astragalus, pycnogenol, hydration, inflammation etc. and continue monitoring. Some people this is caused by training. Some people can be genetic. If it is one of these I guess the big question that the nephrologist posed to me is, will this become a kidney issue down the road? There is no answer… But in the meantime, just be on top of your health and live life. Hope that helps.

Thanks a lot brother for this awesome well written reply. Sometimes it’s easy to get lost in “google rabbit holes” and think there’s an issue when everything is fine 🙏🏻I’m pretty sure I’ve always pissed this way lol but now I’m here taking pics of piss every day and driving myself nuts. I can’t change the damage i did when i was reckless in my 20s but my blood work looks good , Egfr is good and im doing everything i can to stay on top of it . Only so much we can do without driving ourselves nuts 🙏🏻🙏🏻
This is very true , in a world of so much information we can and do end up over analysing things when there is no need.

However it’s best to be OTT than not care or pay attention that is for sure.

I never ever pay much attention to my pee tho I’ll be honest outside of the colour. I expect my pee to bubble in the toilet but I ain’t counting the bubbles lolol
Haha so true bro, I’ll stick with counting steps instead 😂😂😂😂

so to confirm you had bloods done and all is totally fine and the doctor also confirms he feels all is fine. You just notice some bubbles in your urine and feel there maybe issues that is not showing in blood work?

For me if all of this was fine then I would not be worried at all. Your only option from here if concerned would maybe to look for a second opinion or book private additional tests

Ya he said all was fine and there’s a little protein in the urine .. i feel like this might more common with this community than any. He thinks it’s from high protein but of course if you google it turns into a rabbit hole of info all over tha place 🤯😂

    Adam , email 🙂

If there is anything you ever need from proforma , email them . They will always have a solution.
