No to bodypart split , mroe than 5-6 sets on a bodypart brings zero additional stimulus , So push pull legs : push is 3 body parts – 15/16 sets , easily doable. Decreasing the frequency to once a week also doesn’t work for my body either , I lose the adaptations too quickly
On PPL/4 sleeps ..would you recommend lower back loading on one of the pull days of the week and the other no lower back loading? Hope to see more of your SLDL/ BB Rows soon! Thanks for all the awesome content
