Have you noticed that after dropping reta your mid-section tightened up? I’m asking because a lot of people report the same thing.

Thank you so much for all the detailed answers! What I actually meant was whether having a small amount of carbs in my pre-workout meal could be an issue, since it’s only about 40 grams of carbs but I don’t feel like it negatively affects my performance during training.

Does the social media criticism affect you at all? Especially when it’s coming from a few IFBB Pros- I was looking through the comments on Beyond The Stage’s Instagram, and some of them were among the harshest I’ve ever seen.
I also saw that criticism on social media. I believe constructive criticism is good, but most of the criticism directed at Kuba was unjustified.

Jordan how long after finishing your training do you eat a post workout meal? and what is the optimal time range? I even eat a meal 1-1.5 hours after training when I’m preparing because only then my appetite is high and I don’t know if it negatively affects my progress
