Does the social media criticism affect you at all? Especially when it’s coming from a few IFBB Pros- I was looking through the comments on Beyond The Stage’s Instagram, and some of them were among the harshest I’ve ever seen.

I also saw that criticism on social media. I believe constructive criticism is good, but most of the criticism directed at Kuba was unjustified.

At this stage you’re already at around 1000 g of carbs, which is a huge amount and will probably increase ( is the sticky rice measured raw? ) What’s the highest amount of carbs you’ve ever eaten in the offseason? Do you currently have no vegetables in your diet?

How many carbs did you eat during Carb Up? And in the offseason, what was your highest carb intake?

I also really like zucchini, and it doesn’t cause me any discomfort, and it seems to have a positive effect on digestion. How much do you eat per meal?

Jordan how long after finishing your training do you eat a post workout meal? and what is the optimal time range? I even eat a meal 1-1.5 hours after training when I’m preparing because only then my appetite is high and I don’t know if it negatively affects my progress

Gh let’s you eat more without getting fat , plus adds water

insulin adds water into gut FOR ME , others it may help

I feel a huge intra abdominal pressure increase vs when I run zero , I’m not talking in absolutes I’m talking about ME , so running less , helps ME 🙂

    Thank you very much 🙂

I understand, thank you very much. When it comes to insulin, even when I use small doses, I notice that my midsection becomes bloated. I hadn’t considered that it might be causing fluid retention in my intestines. When I stop taking it, my waistline returns to normal fairly quickly.

Lower the cals, eat things that digest the best, don’t push gh/insulin too hard

How can GH and insulin negatively affect our waistline? I understand that very large amounts of calories can cause various diseases/bloating that are difficult to fix later. By the way, I would like to wish you and Corinne a Merry Christmas!

Thanks! I figured you ate 5 meals a day ’cause of digestion. I’ve been doing the same lately and noticed my digestion’s better when I have bigger gaps between meals, and I feel more in control of my waist.

You’re really consistent with your 5 meals a day. What’s the reason behind that? I’ve seen that a lot of bodybuilders eat 6 or even 7 times daily.
