Kuba, are you currently removing reta because, even in a microdose, it still slows down gastric emptying a bit?

Don’t you notice any negative effects from using retatrutide? I’m asking because the last time you were taking it, you mentioned that your stomach was a little bloated, and that’s why you stopped using it. If I remember correctly, your dose wasn’t even higher than 1 mg.

Peter, what level of E2 (estradiol) do you aim for in your clients during the off-season and during prep?

261 – weight holding expecting a nice drop next few days if not il push on

John – mine sits at around 240 on bloods , I couldn’t care less what that reading says , I feel better with Estro slightly higher always so I let it get higher 0 downsides for me

No I kept lantus in I use a low dose year round

So that’s almost double the upper limit of the normal range, right? Thank you for your reply!🙏

Kuba, where do you usually keep your estradiol during the off-season?

Are you not working with Dean anymore? And during the off-season, were you making all the decisions yourself too?

Kuba, I’m just curious: after training you usually eat cream of rice/rice. Are Rice Krispies worse in any way? In terms of processing level? And I guess they don’t digest as well as cream of rice.

    Great question.

    Very easy to eat
Digest like shit in comparison to good old cor or just rice

Pwo for me is cod & rice or cor
Thanks, Kuba! I feel the same way. Rice Krispies are easy to eat, but I feel discomfort in my stomach. I asked because Stefan and many coaches often recommend them post-workout, but I had a feeling they might not be the best choice.

    Hi Kuba,

I recently bought a Yum Asia rice cooker.

Now I’m just trying to figure out the right water-to-rice ratio.

The rice keeps sticking no matter what I try.

Could I ask how many grams of water you use for, say, 100 grams of rice?

Do you wash the rice beforehand?

    Thanks in advance.

    Best regards.

For 100g rice I would add 120 ml water

Currently I do 550g rice raw per day total with 700 ml water sushi rice is best and sticky mix

Wash rice before always to get all shit off it
I cook rice exactly the same way you do! When I use more water, it loses its texture and flavor. Condensed rice is also more satiating because it takes a bit longer to digest. Kuba, how long after finishing your workout do you eat your post-workout meal?

My room is fully aired out and completely darkened, with the temperature set at 17°C. For my last meal, I have carbs, protein, and a bit of fat, but I’ve tried various strategies and none of them have brought any results.

I had my tests done: FT4 is in the middle of the normal range and FT3 is at the upper limit. There is no hyperthyroidism.

What did you change in your diet after consulting with Jordan?

You don’t eat any vegetables at all? I know that on one hand they can slow digestion, but on the other hand, not having them at all could completely mess things up.

Definitely, that makes sense! But is there any way to counteract this? I’ve also noticed that during the day I feel sleepy and have brain fog.

How do you find the Reta on the bulk I feel soo bloated on it

I use 0,3 mg until max 0,5 a day and i dont have problem, it remove me food cravings amd i follow easily my diet
Haven’t you noticed that your stomach is a bit more bloated? When I used 0.5 mg twice a week, I didn’t feel any appetite suppression, but I did notice that my stomach emptied much more slowly, which made my midsection look less ideal than without the reta.
