I eat over 700g of carbohydrate a day and use hgh but my blood sugar levels indicate that I am very sensitive to insulin. So I understand that I do not need to use insulin and I am not missing any benefits. thank you Kuba!

thank you Kuba for the transferred knowledge. I use hgh at a dose of 7.5 iu on a training day, I do not use lantus, and I do not use fast-acting insulin. but I read an article by Teian Clark who wrote that using hgh without insulin is nonsense. looking at the blood sugar level, I do not need insulin even before and after training, but am I not getting rid of the benefits of hgh due to the lack of humalog?

Thanks for the clarification. that is, in fact, exogenous insulin does not need to lower our blood sugar more than our natural insulin to benefit.

without insulin my bg is low. fasting + – 4.3. 2 hours after each meal it is always below 4.7 even if the meal contains + 140g of carbohydrates. adding 15 iu lantus in the morning makes my BG increase to 5.0-5.1 on an empty stomach and 5.0-5.3 for 2 hours after each meal. i am for 5 weeks after the show, my bf stayed low.

Do you think lantus will benefit if your blood sugar readings with 15iu lanthus are higher than if you don’t use long-acting insulin?

what purpose is 10iu lantus? it will relieve the pancreas but I suppose it will not lower the sugar level any more than our natural insulin will

do you still use such small doses of insulin as when you first started working with aj (4-5iu), does such a small dose keep your sugar level low? I understand that dose decks are not above physiological and we use them mainly for pancreatic drainage?

do you think insulin is not needed to build mass?

Does it make sense to use insulin if our pancreas is doing well and 2-2.5h after a post-workout meal (150g carbs) my BG is below 5.0?

Hello! is there any sense in using a low dose of lantus with over 700g of carbohydrates a day when I have low blood sugar. Fasting in the morning 4.2- 4.4. 2 hours after meals below 5.0. Can insulin use have any benefits in this case?

I asked because I remember you once wrote that you add 900 ml of water to 150 g, but that was once. As you wrote, it won’t be a bad thing for our waist, but our digestion will be weaker .. I’m glad that we can learn all the time

it’s great that such a model with 2 meals serves you. I have to eat quite a lot of carbohydrates now, so my waist has widened a bit and I’m a bit bloated but on the prep it will come back to its small size as always. I don’t take large amounts of drugs or insulin so I don’t have to worry about permanent waist widening? I mainly use your cream of rice, despite the large volume, I digest it well.!

you are currently testing a slightly different nutritional module, but your meals are bulky. Does the volume alone have a permanent effect on our waist? only its expansion is affected by a long-term caloric surplus, as you wrote earlier?

Hello Kuba! In the morning meal, before and after training, you often prefer cream of rice. why? it has a slightly larger volume than regular jasmine rice. cor for our digestion will be lighter?
