i started in november and my coach didnt plan this things
now since 3 weeks i am managing my training by my own as i did in the past and wanted to add deloads every 6 weeks
but since i started back in training from november till now not really a deload
i got ill 2 times during this time cause again my son and wife are often ill or not often is a wrong word but every 6-8 weeks some stuff they have
I would take a deload – a big one at that.
4 total days off – back off steps and any cardio.
Then start training again first few sessions 80% vol then back

You can definitely make a rough plan for what it’s going to look like – but obviously if you have to change direction a little early / a little later than planned don’t be afraid to.
Will likely need longer than 4 weeks minimum cut with that long push not just for body comp but for hunger / insulin sensitivity purposes. I’d always use a diet phase in an off season as a time to come off cycle yes as in an offseason phase this is where you want the PEDs to be placed

Happy Sunday – hope you all had a great weekend
Was nice to be in the same time zone and see some of yesterdays Arnold’s on the live steam!
Today was pull, had a great all round session today some little dips on reps but for the most part still a really solid session so really happy about that
I get my hair extensions in tomorrow for show which I’m excited about, means it’s another step closer to

It depends how soon after a diet you are really as I’d say closer to the end of the diet you’ll probably see more changes. But as offseason goes on I’d agree with what Clare says above – without knowing too much more info it’s hard to give more guidance x

Hey Guys
Hope you’re well 🙂
Push day today and Kuba gave me a high day due to a bigger body weight drop.
GH was dropped a couple days ago so probably from that –
Interesting to see how things improve from here

Hey Guys
Was a trip to the Arnold’s yesterday – did all my expenditure pretty much at the expo, was actually nice to speak to people.
I don’t really like being alone and not chatting when on prep, even if I’m quieter than normal I think that’s when ones thinking comes in and I don’t like that – so I didn’t do too much – just went a couple hours nice to meet people and see others we don’t usually get to see.
Was nice to support TBJP wearing the new clothing and at the EVAL stand

I agree with the guys.
It’s just about training well – do you movements how they are supposed to look, don’t bounce the weight around just make sure your movements are smooth and not jerky and over time get stronger but keep those movements looking how they are supposed to

Hey All
Leg day – was a good one after the last one that was terribly shit felt good for it to feel good haha. We all have sessions that just don’t go how we want them.
Anyway all lifts held with weight and some even increased with reps very very happy.
Tomorrow we are going to the Arnold’s for a couple hours – TBJP don’t have a stand but we will be there with eval, obviously being close to show we won’t be staying all day but a couple hours will be nice

Xmas and magnesium are perfectly fine to add here bud
I eat 400g veg 400 fruit – still take zma and magnesium etc and all my health supps
ok brother would you add also magnesium in? and what about join i
so when i take this everday you think no problem yes? and digest pharma pro is this also good or not? vitamin c i am thinking too to add and insure gda but i dont know for what should be this so perfect 🙂 [/quote]
Yes it hard to get magnesium from our diets so supplementation will be good to use from it.The full range of TBJP will cover you for everything you need whether assisted as you are or as a natty

Hey Guys
Hope you’re good – good session today for me, happy with it, still RDLing some good numbers and I’m 2.5kg down since the last time I did that session so happy days.
Busier day today as I had my teeth fitted today – so it was fun and games eating and drinking when my mouth was numb, but needs must no
Time for coming away from plan or not doing a session just for a bit of numbness and pain.Time chill time and bed

So reading this I’m guessing you’re in a deficit? I mean yes if you’re really struggling to stabilise then you can go for a single leg press. Either that or just bring the sets on the split squat to 1 set each leg rather than 2 (if you do too) unfortunately things only get harder in a diet, it’s a part of the challenge embrace it

Hey Guys
Had a great push session today – post my diet break Kuba reduced my volume a little to allow
For my sessions to continue being great so a couple sets off most my sessions, just legs stay the same as there pretty low vol anyway (just need those pesky bands on the leg press out)I felt pretty good in the gym today, really happy with performance and looking forward to tomorrows pull day – BB RDL time wooo

Push today. Went really really well.
Honestly dunno what I weigh, I’ve stopped weighing everyday. Started tracking more visual stuff.
These were post push. Honestly quite happy.
Also trying to hold a pose while vacuuming is probably the most difficult thing I’ve ever done. Looks terrible right now but wanna improve it.
Vaccums are so great to practise not some for on stage if your class would be a good one to hit one but more so for midsection control when you’re on stage too!
Glad to hear your session went well
