As body is now a little fuller, even if weight isn’t much higher. Doesn’t need to happen right now as I’m not 100% ready. Clen still down, steps still as low as I can get them (around 12k) and foods still higher than baseline – this will likely be what I run today and tomorrow before back to normal Wednesday – can’t wait for it. We know it’s needed at times but just nicer to be pushing.

These are foods for tomorrow and probs tomorrow:

    M1
    300 ml egg white
75g cream of rice 100g blueberry
    50g asparagus 50g veg mix

    M2
    125 Wild salmon
    50g rice
    50g veggies 50g veg mix 25g peppers
    50berries

    M3
    40 iso
    50g oats
    100g frozen berries

    M4
    125 Turkey
    50g rice
50g green beans 50g veg mix
    50g peppers
    50 banana

    M5
    125 Turkey or 125g prawn
    50g rice
    50 g asparagus 50g veg mix
    50 banana

    M6
    75g oats
    40g iso
    100g berries
    10g dark chocolate

I’ve took most my caffeine out too so just had my morning coffee last few days give my body a break from it and will be back in when back to work Wednesday

So as part of my deload Kubas ran 4 high days with me too – first 2 days foods were high high to drive me out a super deep hole. Clen reduced, expenditure reduced, food increased and in 2 days in added 0.5kg in bodyweight. Useful data for Kuba for when I peak, however will be much leaner then. Foods first 2 days were :

    M1
    300 ml egg white
100g cream of rice 100g blueberry
    50g asparagus 50g veg mix

    M2
    125 Wild salmon
    150g low fat sourdough bread
    50g veggies 50g veg mix 25g peppers
    50berries

    M3
    40 iso
    100g oats
    100g frozen berries

    M4
    125 Turkey
    100g rice
50g green beans 50g veg mix
    50g peppers
    50 banana

    M5
    125 Turkey or 125g prawn
    100g rice
    50 g asparagus 50g veg mix
    50 banana

    M6
    100g oats
    40g iso
    100g berries
    10g dark chocolate

I agree with the guys full body or an upper lower split will work well for you – Jordan’s YT will be super helpful for this

    Hey All

Second day of deload and feeling good, would like to be in the gym obviously but I know it’s needed – after some heavy foods yesterday and not a lot of movement (for me) my bodyweihjr dropped we know my body was knackeed from that but visuals today were much better than yesterday still flat and a bit fat but Kuba’s happy with where things are for now

What’s your current split ? Any clients I have do an arm day it’s more like an active rest so if in a PPL split I’d do PPALEGS REST REPEAT

Hey All hope you’re good and had a good week

It was leg day for me today – my sleep, appetite and energy have been a bit shit the last 5 days or so, tomorrow we will start a deload.

Today’s session was still good quality and did some really really great sets. But I’d be lying if I said my body wasn’t ready for a little rest up.

Will be able to catch up on all the Arnold’s shenanigans

I agree with Kuba I think it wants to be your last option – people / companies try to push it to earn some money.

Vital support, cardio and if needed some telmisartan

    Hey Guys

Rest day for me – busy day – all client work done nice and early with bits to do through the day. As I had a shoot with Chris Bailey.

I really enjoyed it, it’s nice to document the different parts of your journey so I’m excited to see pics.

I did some pics at the end in an old school 90s suits – they are definitely my fave?

    Hey All

Was density day today – a great session all round – took a bit of a load progression on my RDL as my warm ups felt good (not the same weight as offseason obviously lol but still a good 12 reps with 155 🙂 )

Tomorrow I’m having a photoshoot with Chris Bailey, it’s a bit out of my comfort zone but all for the bid of getting some images to look back when I’m old and grey and wishing I could still do what I do now haha

They straight wouldn’t give it to you, they wouldn’t even consider giving it to you, you are within range , if you asked for it, they would look at you very confused because you don’t NEED it

Being on the low end of normal range is completely fine , but as I said above , it can be made better

I would personally take 100mg test e a week, split into 2 x 50mg a week , and I would re test my bloods in 6 weeks ( NOT through your GP , for the 3rd time )

    Right ok, thank you

I agree with Jordan – unless you’re totally out of range the docs won’t be much help.

You can self dose as Jordan’s mentioned above or you can go to a private clinic if you’d feel more comfortable

    Hey Guys

    Hope you’re all good

Nice .5kg drop today after yesterday’s changes. Will see how things move this week 🙂 definitely feeling flatter but need that to get conditioned before we fill back out.

Sleep was good last night too after a week of it being a bit shit.

A good session in the gym today really happy with it

What protein sources are you using? The t no vegan whey is the best quality out there, some brands I’ve found that are great: meat free company, squeaky bean, meatless meatballs – all lower fat, higher protein per 100g. But yeah obviously not as good quality as meat or fish
