I agree with Clare if you’re not seeing an issue I can’t see why you’d need it

But you could try it to see if it does improve it there is no harm in that

    Hey All

Hope you’re all had a good Wednesday

3rd day of resting and I’ve bent Kuba’s leg as I feel good to go back in with a session tomorrow. I have 2 lower vol session to do and then it’s time to smash back in.

Diet break has been great bodyweihh came up by 0.6 kg and has pretty much stayed around that since higher foods from Monday. A little less expenditure just couoke thiusand steps but can’t keep too low as my daily duties are a needs must

So tomorrow will be my upper day

Rest day 2 of 4 – sleep was a tad better last night, still struggled to get to sleep but once asleep I was out which is good! Should see more improvement as we get further into the deload

Today is a work day and dentist day – so that’s what is on the agenda.

Will be back in the gym Friday for legs 🦵

    Hey Guys

First day of the deload – sleep was awful last night so I am pretty thankful for it.

I’m not one to get annoyed when I deload I have enough things going on in the day to have my mind occupied and I wouldn’t take one if I didn’t need one so it is what it is

Headed home today from Cheltenham so it’s nice to be back to home comforts!

If you are looking to retain your Perfomance it’s a bad idea, carbs are the best for training Perfomance – staying strong is going to allow you to hold onto muscle pre when dieting and then in offseason support training Perfomance – keto can work well for health aspect

    Hey Guys

Today was the tbjp x shed opening day and it was bloody rammed, which is incredible. So many people from the past, present and future of British BB. Shows how loved Jordan and James really are.

The gym is fantastic and if you live local or you can go just on a day visit it’s definitely worth a venture

The session was great – I’m well due a deload I hate to admit when one is needed but lots of factors have been a bit shit the last week sleep, appetite …. so be good to re set

I agree with the guys take it fasted I usually wait around 2 hours before my first meal. To give me time for my morning routine and expenditure prior to eating. It also makes me feel a bit sick so like to give it some time before I eat

Making sure you’re chewing your food into a pasta before swallowing – digestion starts at the mouth.

Making sure you keep up with veggies and fruit to keep your level of fibre good

Choosing foods that work for you – this can be trail and error with this one even though it’s annoying it’s how you’re figure it out

Glutamine really helps keep my digestion balanced in a morning – some people find apple cider vinegar to be useful I don’t.

Water intake needs to be higher for food digestion is look to bump that to 5 litres for now

    Walk a little after meals

    Hey All

Another lower body weight – things are moving pretty well right now.

Today was pull day but no lower body loading so lots of rows and pulldowns etc with some rear delt and bicep work!

We’re taking pics every other day at the mo so Kuba can keep a close eye, if any changes are made I will be sure to keep you all posted!

    Hey Guys

Another check in today and body weight is down again visuals are much leaner and flatter but that’s all good – all in the name of getting nice and lean lean 🙂 it’s definitely the best condition I’ve had at 11 weeks out so that’s good stuff and a whole lot heavier too than the last time. All good for some progress stats but all that really matters is the end look.

Push and Glutws today a solid solid session very very happy xxx
