Hey Guys
Hope you’re all well! A busy day as we head off to Spain tomorrow for some end of year down time.
Had a check in today and body is moving how we want it to – visually look different at this point out compared to last years so that’s a positive.
We head to Spain early tomorrow but all is packed and ready so should be just a case of getting up and getting off 🙂

Hey Guys
A nice busy morning – we have a new lovely lady joining our MK team so it’s been a busy one showing how we work, shadowing and getting her set up. But will be worth it in the long run!
Then to the gym for pull and weights and lifted moved really really nicely. Which were
Prime machine pulldown
Upper back row
Lat row – nautilus
Upper back neutral grip
Lat pull over
Hip thrusts
Biceps
Rear delts 🙂Meg Sylvester IFBBPRO

I agree with Kuba here – trying to diet will just pull you back to where you were mentally and it’ll continue that cycle.
The most important thing is that you’ve got your eating under control now – focus on gaining good momentum and strength in the gym.
Then you can retry a diet later into the offseason

Hey Guys
A normal ish Saturday today – working, home jobs and dog duties before the gym
A really strong session ☑️ a couple of my sets towards the end of my session were a little less powerful but still good sets regardless
Pull should be great tomorrow to finish off the week strong x

I agree with Clare here that way you hit everything with a little more frequency

Hey All
Leg day today – really solid session!
RDLs are still moving nice at 180 – and all other lifts were actually up nicely today.
I want to have some nice stand out legs on stage, I don’t have a lot of stand out body parts but my quads have always been decent so looking forward to seeing the peeled back this time

We have a simber mattress too. I find a firmer bed holds a little longer than a soft for you bigger guys – we’ve found this with kuba. A nice u shaped pillow for extra comfort

Hi mate
Please please look at Vital Support and Live Heart by tbjp nutrition

And what do you think about the fact that some say it inhibits performance enhancers if they are used during a cycle?
[/quote]
I would say that they are extremely silly peopleMeg Sylvester IFBBPRO

I agree with the guys above – milk thistle was definitely the go to years ago, but there a lots of great products out there which are going to support you much better than that. The TBJP range not only the products mentioned above will support your health markers extremely well. Not just for when you’re on cycle but year round

Rest day today which was wonderful
Had client Kerry competing out in Taiwan in her last pro show of the season and she placed 2nd. It’s been a great year supporting Kerry and can’t wait for more.
Also had client work, some admin and a client team call which was nice.
And this afternoon I had a wonderful time Christmas shopping with my mum and her mum (my gran)

Hey Ethan
You look great, how old are you? Why don’t you do it naturally first, focusing on really nailing the basics in a offseason + prep before you go down the assisted route.
Looking at the pic where you’re at your leanest I would get to growing a little, to build some real good mass take your time and really push things hard in the gym.
You’ll smash it keep us all posted
