    Hey I split it so that I do 3-4k fasted set me for my day stays same year round

    Then in between each meal I’ll do enough that by the end of day I’ve hit my target

    I guess as soon as show finishes it’s straight into a slight surplus so you can class it as an offseason an offseason should always be steady as you go tapering up as the body needs so we can can it an offseason , reverse , it’s just the same basics steady build of cals as the body needs based on the look, bio feedback, performance and body weight

    Training day with Kuba today we will train pull … haha I miss being in the gym this often back to just the lower body training when at home but it’s nice to be supporting Kuba and training a bit more here

    I will like do a bit of delt as well as the Lat work with Kuba

    Just a usual day even if away from home if

    Big day yesterday

    Kerry in 2nd, marc in the pros and kuba bringing his best physique to the stage yet

    All clients in the top spot first, around the uk shows so a very good day

    As all pro show days was a late one so a touch later wake up today

    Id always go by bloodwork for thyroid for some medical reasons thyroid meds are needed year round for some, some competitors who diet year after year find they have to keep at least hrt dose in all year, but its there to keep thyroid levels in range not as a fat loss aid or anything else. Mess with your thyroid when support isnt needed you risk it flooring long term.

    Great but busy day

    Anya my client was 5th here in italy Bikini amateaurs she loked the best she has the girls were pretty dense and hard and anya isnt that type of bikini physique so it didnt go in her favour today, we will re go again in france

    Oona my natural wellness girl came 2nd at tbe finnish champs this was an untested show so thats greast work look forward to her first npc show in a few weeks

    And then we have kuba, kerry and marc here in italy tomorrow

    I also have a wellness girl syd in the us in texas today in her first wellness show, farrah at her first ever show the pca manchester tomorrow and nadine in her final show of the season at the nabba

    Set to be a good weekend

    I use the bio lab one also that benners has recommended here I do only use BPC 157 as I’m with Jordan keeping a dose year round really keeps my recovery king, 1mg split into 2 doses a day works a treat I usually pop close to my knees as those are my biggest problem area

    First day in Italy and been a busy one working , check-ins, peaking people, being there for Kubas and a training session

    Always nice when the busy time kicks off again

    Different set up due to being in a different gym but a great one regardless !

    Well more is always going to give more, just an honest answer

    However if the cost makes it too much for you, you don’t have to use is.

    You’ll be absolutely spot on to go with a 4iu dose to start off with

    If you find these other compounds work for you and your lipids then get to it. I find for a lot npp causes a lot of mental issues that’s just not worth it as you can get a lot out of other things that don’t bring these types of issues, but working to think of

    It always depends on what you feel you can do in a morning, for me I’d prefer as much sleep as possible, so I’d do a heavier last meal, have
    a banana, 20g nut butter dark chocolate
    Eaa and cyclic dextrin drink in 750ml water added in 1g salt

    Will set you up nicely and then rest of meals good to go in your day

    Awesome a good 2lb a week to start will see a nice shift as a start point, then towards end of diet will likely slow to a 1/1.5lb a week drop. Likely will run a maintenance week in there to deload and that’ll have you at goal weight and look holding all mass…essentially your gear will do a great job of holding mass and a nice start and simple approach to a diet
