Hey guys, hope you are well

We were sent to the new Clothing drop yesterday and wore it today. It’s very nice some really lovely colours for this time of year and as always some very motivating slogans on the tops.

Including a picture of Jordan and Kuba I think it’s just an incredible touch. They are such a great friends and it’s so nice because these share such a passion with bodybuilding I wish other other people could hear the passion that they both have for it all day every day

Lower body, today it was an absolutely fantastic and nice to get stuck into a really good session

I’m with Clare. I utilise the klow at the moment alongside the BPC, whilst I am recovering from surgery and I found it to be really useful with my recovery bouncing back very quick

What was the reasoning behind this that you read buddy ?

There’s no real issue with pinning something like VG once weekly for a cycle. But over time, rotating more often will just reduce the overall scar tissue build up with any site.

yeah the main reason was im worried about acar tissue not necessarily for detail blurring as i dont plan on competing soon, im more worried about said scar tissue restricting blood flow and therefor worsening the actualy absorption of the anabolic[/quote]
I agree with everyone here the longer that you can have between one area injecting the better

I would say, if you are to be injecting yourself, you probably have five areas left and right that are easy to get to

Meaning that you have 10 days worth of shots at least before you have to even go close to an area that you’ve already done recently

    Lats mid and lower
Delts ( side and rear )
    Glute
    Rear delt if can reach

    Hey everyone

    Hope you’re good

I went back into the gym to do a light glute session today

It was good , just always feels a bit different for them first a few days after anaesthesia
A little bit of a bubbly stomach and you’re a little bit dead behind the eyes I guess you could say

But definitely starting to turn the corner a little bit today so that’s good

    Session was
    Kickback
    Hip thrust
    Glute machine abduction
    Single leg press

Look forward to a rest day tomorrow and then hopefully on Friday I’ll be able to go full send with normal legs

Just got to be careful with loading plates because I do think but I probably went back to doing things a bit too early off the back of my surgery in December and that’s why it’s likely got a bit more tight than what it should’ve been as well

Hey! It went really well 🙏 it was actually a week ago already. I’m already out of the sling and should be starting some type of PT soon.

My surgeon (he’s pretty well known – https://www.medstarhealth.org/doctors/wiemi-abell-douoguih-md) said my shoulder was basically pristine lol, just cleaned up some loose cartilage, so recovery should be a lot faster than expected.

Right now I’m trying to get back in touch with him to figure out next steps for my knee effusion it still causes pain and discomfort, but I can train through it with some movements and also my left shoulder bursitis. I’m thinking about asking him about possibly aspirating the knee.

    I’m also starting BPC-157 (1 mg/day), GHK-Cu (2 mg/day), and TB-500 (1 mg/day) to try to help speed things up.

    Such great news, Nick
Hopefully you get in touch with him soon to sort out the knee. Your peptide set up is good

It will definitely help speed things up quickly

    Hey guys, hope you’re good

Another day, another day out of the gym , sad times

Opportunity to get stuck into some admin stuff and some paperwork , which is sometimes great to get on top of

Going to see how I feel in the morning as to whether I go back into the gym

Obviously, don’t want to rush back , but if I feel good, I will go even if it’s just more isolated glute day

It’s sad, isn’t it? How much we actually enjoy being there?
But goodness it does great things for me

I agree with Kuba most that run it to end up with higher heart rate if you then struggle a little bit with feeling anxious but increase heart rate is not going to help with that

You could consider lowering it or just removing it completely

It’s a tool that can be used for some, but not for all

    Hey guys

Rest day for me , obviously
    Fucking bastard boobs

    Anyway

Good day of working , I have kerry over in America 💜 competing this weekend and then three ladies doing the Alicante pro qualify the week later

We also have our MK seminar next weekend as well, which would be great

Lots of things to prepare, which is exciting

The Alicante pro qualifier will be a nice weekend all three ladies likely doing their last show of the season , one lady who I’ve taken on quite last minute but I’m actually very much looking forward to getting stuck into a very good off-season with her because she has a lot of potential!!

And my other two ladies competing next weekend both have so much potential as they move forward as well very exciting time ahead for all

    Hey Luna
I do agree with Clare , there is no reason not to have one
In this diet phase, you could definitely approach it with having it a little less calorific aiming to make sure that calories are aligned with the meal that you’ve removed

I would always do that in an off-season as well

Yes, maybe into the future when you do a competition prep a slightly different story

    However, you are very young
Understanding that you can still socialise is important
Yes, in the future diets may be approach social different the further you get throughout your bodybuilding journey

But you don’t wanna end up in a position where you are mentally in a spot by food becomes a problem
So I think for now how you approach it and have it everyone or two weeks
Would be great, just the idea really is calorie balance and hopefully the above explains that

    Hey guys, hope you’re well

    Happy Sunday morning

Had to have a small surgery yesterday due to an issue that I’ve got with one of my new implants , all home and settled like they will need to wait until mid week to be able to train

Just so that we can be nice and smart , essentially because my PC is so well developed from a bodybuilding as they put the implant underneath my pack it’s just been scratched and crushed so they needed to open up the pec pocket a little bit more

Anyway, today you’re getting some house jobs done , will be a good one to make me not sad that I’m not in the gym Training leg lol

You could also ask someone kindly to load if needed to use any other machines until you’re able to do it yourself

I agree with Kamara if you’re unsure if the diagnosis or surgery to be undertaken is correct I would get further testing done

Dealing peptides like a BPC and TB can be useful tools once recovering from a surgery yes

And kam is right with type of machines to use after the surgery

Hi Marc, sorry for not supplying any information lol.

Im bulking at 0.5kg per week rn (natural).

I sleep 7.5 hours every night, and wake up well rested.

I kind off deloaded in january because i was sick for 2 weeks.

I get between 8000 and 10.000 steps in every day. And do 15 minutes of cycling everyday.

if the last time you take a reset was in January and you obviously took that just due to being sick likely right now it’s time to just take a small reset. I would take three days off the gym. Return back in doing a study session to start and you should be feeling far better.

If you’re starting to see sign like this, it’s telling you that you need to slow down for a second before you get going again

No reason to do anything more complicated than that , have a good few days and get back to you
