    Hey guys, hope you’re well

    A nice little body today

    Which was
    Lying single leg curl
    Pendulum
    Leg extension
    Seated hamstring curl
    Hyper extension

    Great session

My legs are feeling a little bit beat off the back of a couple of days of a lover body so I will be grateful for a massage tomorrow

    And a nice rest day

Hopefully you’re all having a great week

    Get after it

An increase in vitamin C will help, what is your dose of that at the minute?

When vit c isn’t high enough iron won’t absorb as well.

Looking into your diet to see what can be optimised including any meals away from usual day-to-day set up, including how tidy you keep yourself as well from a body composition perspective, like not getting too out of shape when you are in your Building phases

Vital support should be a staple for improving blood work & Medication such as telmisartan would be an option to stay on top of haematocrit and haemoglobin – blood dumping doesn’t help long term

Rather than obviously turning to a blood let / dump, prevention is always better with what I’ve added above

    Hey guys, hope you’re well

Back to the gym today, looking forward to my glutes session

Away from that just a normal day of working and usual schedule

The weather was so good here for a day, LOL , now it seems as though we are back to winter, extra thick coat and big hat on for the dog walk this morning, British weather is very funny

Have a good session to you all who are training

I’m with Cooper most UGL if you have a reputable source will be good quality

And from a cost perspective, it does make sense

    Rest day

    Sitting heavy at 70kg

Really happy with my legs, everything is going great. My clients are doing amazing and I’m still making progress with both physique and business goals.

Lots of wins to take away this month from me and my team

Both oral and injectable are great, I have used oral when I had to have antibiotics and still use injectable for my knees, I notice a huge difference in pain management and recovery

It can be super nasty the injectable coukd try going slow as you inject or like Ryan says the oral option is always very very good xxx

Yes, most are pretty minor, however if it’s a big discrepancy, especially if they live in different countries, like froze, we add to our nutrition database all the time and if a client uses a different brand, they would always let us know 🙂

I agree with hilly – in the if it is required and there is a place for it then someone would utilise it.

    Hey all, hope you’re good

A good day at the pro qualifier – nice to see a lot of the JP team, as it is a show sponsored by TBJP

I had four girls competing today
Two figure girls one who won and the other one came second the lady who won narrowly missed out on the pro card

My client in Bikini who won her class

And then Kerry came third in Bikini pro !

A really awesome day, with lots of good moments.

Looking forward to a training session tomorrow , to get after it xx

And then things fruits wise banana, apple – can be quite cost friendly as well

    Hey guys

    Hope you are good

This weekend is the first pro qualifier of the season in the UK

It’s nice to see that a few more competitors from overseas have come over

I have a few clients doing it three amateurs and one pro, all looking great and it is except to be a great weekend

No training today for me, it was a rest day and my legs really didn’t need it.
I woke up this morning with a serious DOMs but I actually really enjoyed the feeling lol
It definitely shows you that that rest is needed, though

Another great week with my off-season being the strongest that I have been for awhile and also having a quite a decent amount of food

Making sure always that you’re thinking about leading with the elbows the biggest mistake most people make is by leading with the hands the focus on stretching out with the hands and then focus on bringing them together creating a big gap between their elbows and pending here you’ll just use a lot of bicep and a lot less chest
