Do you not like a barbell hip thrust

You could try one session where you start with an iso ( kick back e.g.. ) and go into a barbell thrust then helping connection before starting your thrust work there’s no need for variety if don’t like other thrusts but if you’re hitting int 3 x a week progress will be low likely so depends if you want to focus on progress for me another thing you could do to help progress / differentiation is have different rem ranges / tempos for the thrusts to keep progress in each session separate to the rest

Cable step up could do a reverse lunge ? Or even bench kneeling cable push as the bench allows the stability

I actually think it’s a bit too much volume per session if looking to get strong, unless you aren’t training to failure / reallly posting depending on your goals ?

Go with your 3 main compunds stack 2 isos with it
Aim for 3 sets isos, 2 sets coupondd as a general rule for now
And let’s stay in a 7-12 range for compounds and 10-15 for ISO’s

Let us know how you get on

    Hey guys

    Hope you’re good

Last check in of offseason and super happy with Lowe body development

Looking forward to dieting and getting things leaner

Cals were 3.1K TD AND 2.7K RD now they are 2.7K TD and 2.4K RD which will give us a nice shift

I spent some time post competing getting my female health back super spot on, without use of HRT it served me real well whilst I competed often and ran assistance cycles to not see my body down regulate, female health flatline or even helped me keep skin, hair health good but I didn’t want to keep it in after coming away from stage last 3 x bloods ( every 3.5/4mbths) have been super positive and I feel ready to get a good diet on right now not for comp
Lean but to get properly tidy, I’m super excited for it

I agree with the guys above I’ve utilised it for quite some time and as nothing else I’m mutual give benefits. I found an improvement in my skin health, I have a couple of clients have utilised it alongside other treatments like skin pen that’s been really effective with helping with acne and acne scarring

It may actually be a great idea to have a little check over with her scan, even if you get to Doctors and ask them for it even if it takes awhile to see exactly what the problem is as essentially bashing it with peptides yes can help but you need to know the problem, when it comes to training are their movements from another body perspective in all areas of the upper body that you want to progress that you can actually do any movements that don’t hurt? Even things like using cuffs instead of grips where possible and staying away likely from pressing for now.

But I will definitely do some investigating since it’s been going on for so long as that’s gonna be the way to be able to figure out what is the problem to able to actually decide on the best steps

Thanks for the reply! Unfortunately, no doctor has been able to identify the problem so far (some say tendonitis, some say a nerve problem…). I’ll try to stay away from hard training as suggested, thinking long-term ^^

    [/quote]
Long term likely finding exercises that don’t cause aggravation

If the docs haven’t found anything have they actually scanned the affected area mri ? That would be my next point of call to know

PCA one class per comp day

WNBF yes allows for some cross over but there are very specific rules on how to and couldn’t recommend just looking on there webpage or emailing them for clarity

2bros you can do as many as you want on the day

    Hey guys, hope you’re well

First day here in Dubai spent working and also heading to the gym

    Go
Anyway, it’s nice to have some sun on the skin and it be in the sky all day every day. Hopefully it’s still like that when I get home because it it’s nice in the morning that the sun comes up a lot earlier at the moment in the UK

I would aim to keep it in and make sure you are driving hard in your prep, if it’s really needed a lowered dose like andy suggested would be a good option

I’d say an isolation yes you could probably push up to the 15

If it’s a heavy set so see your split squats your , RDL’s, hip thrusts, just like any of the compound when it gets to a certain point it just becomes much more taxing with your CV rather than anything else, for me with this I like to go to a massive 12 a push but really ideally more around the 10 max
